We had the good fortune of connecting with Ellie Nichols and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ellie, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Personal growth and confidence are so important to me. In searching for a creative outlet in modeling, I really developed a sense of self. I spent years learning how to establish a better environment for myself to thrive in and sought to find a way to help others do the same. Now that I’ve started coaching I get to share all that I’ve learned and watch my clients grow into their authenticity. It’s so rewarding!
What should our readers know about your business?
I’m most proud of my coaching program because so much of my heart has gone into what I educate. Growth is a lifelong journey so finding the resources and habits that help you are huge game changers. I’m most proud that my program incorporates a lot of humor. I don’t think the point of life is to take it too seriously. I want to look back and smile knowing I’m a better person because of all of the “trial and errors” and the learning that comes with it. I want that for my clients too.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
With any free day, you’ll always find me outside. Nature is my happy place, so I love taking friends on hikes or taking a lunch to Sunset Cliffs. If you don’t mind a 20 minute wait, Breakfast Republic always hits the spot in the morning. Eating pretty much anywhere in Convoy is a go-to as well, especially Dumpling Inn.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I enrolled in Asia Hilario’s Self-Love program 2 years ago, and it changed the way I carried myself. It also changed my mind about what I wanted to do with my life. I love helping others and truly thrive in the role of being an accountability partner, hype-woman, and coach. As women, we are so much stronger together. Community is everything.
