We had the good fortune of connecting with Christopher Lengyel and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Christopher, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I have been in the consulting space for about 10 years. We had many trials and errors. Over time, we knew that we wanted to create something that had the ability to shift how an entire industry has been programed to work. There were a few goals in mind to achieve with building our current brand, CommissionBasedMarketing.com.
1. Create an automated system that generated its own leads without spending money on advertising. We accomplished this with superior SEO and now have a global presence for when consumers search for Commission Based Marketing or other terms related.
2. Convert those automated leads into a recurring revenue. We accomplished this by offering a superior Hosting service with Unlimited Site traffic to allow companies to actually grow and scale with tangeable traffic. We started aquiring clients from all the major vendors and have streamlined autmated customer service.
3. Create an enviornment Where we do not have to sell people on something. At the end of the day, our model works directly with the revenue ammount avialble within a given company. If they only make 10k/month in revenue, we start at a 10% gross revenue management to grow and scale them effectivly.
4. Train, Place and create stable systems and workforce to ensure longevity for clients.
From a consulting standpoint and background, most agencies are client hungry and will onboard just about anyone to their services to get the deal! For us it is about our genuine ability to impact their business and goals at the highest level possible. This means being able to strategicly advice and consult to save clients money while increaseing revenues at the same time. Our team is a US based team and a good portion of them are either retired military or have served in public space. We wanted to bring something back to businesses that ment transparency, effective, results oriented. We ended up with a growing business that will run on its own without adding gas to the fire with extensive advertising budgets.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart from most entrepreneures is I am split between very logical and methodic vs creative and building. I have sat in every position of my company and know how to do each part of it from web-development, to sales and marketing management. From a young age I always had a habit of being able to pick up an instrument and figure it out. Having that creative mind at such a young age has served me well in business development. We have had to adapt and learn new softwares, new skills, or operating systems, AI integrations and automation software that constantly changes every year. The ability to pick something up, study it, use it and become proficient with it has been the pivotal differnce in our trajectory not only for myself, but for the culture and enviornment we create for our industry experts and partners.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
For a friend visiting Arizona for the first time for a week, there are a few things that are just amazing expereinces. I would start in Sedona Arizona, and explore the red rocks, and dine in some of the local eaterys up there.. Not a bad choice around. From there we would head North to experence one of the seven wonders of the world! It is important to look at Greatness to inspire the same within. After a nice road trip and traveling the north Mountain sides of Arizona which most people think is just desert, we would come back to hang out in the Phoenix area and enjoy some of the best networking and professional enviornments to collaborate and make the most out of their trip! Our ciricle of friends are all in the business of owning their own business, so there is always items on the schedule that we consider to be Profit Producing Activity. What better way to experience a trip if it can pay for itself by the end of the week!
