We had the good fortune of connecting with Andressa Ferraz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andressa, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
I define success as having the courage to chase your dreams and the discipline to stay committed to them. Success is not only about achievements, but about the person you become along the way and the impact you create through your story.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
San Diego has so many amazing spots, especially if you enjoy an active lifestyle and beautiful scenery. If a friend was visiting, I would definitely start with the beaches—Coronado Beach and La Jolla are some of my favorites. The views are incredible and it really captures the relaxed California lifestyle.

I’d also take them to walk around La Jolla Cove, which is one of the most beautiful places in the city. For food, San Diego has so many great options. I love places with good atmosphere and great food where you can enjoy the ocean views.

Another thing I love about San Diego is the outdoor lifestyle. Whether it’s walking by the beach, enjoying the sunsets, or exploring different neighborhoods, there’s always something to do. It’s a city that combines nature, great food, and a very positive energy.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would definitely give a shoutout to my coach. Bodybuilding may look like an individual sport on stage, but behind every athlete there is a team that believes in the vision. My coach has played a huge role in my journey, guiding me through the process, pushing me to grow, and believing in my potential even when things were challenging. His knowledge, discipline, and support helped shape the athlete I am today. I’m also deeply grateful for my family and the people who continue to support and encourage me along the way. Their belief in me means everything.
