We had the good fortune of connecting with Abba & Pacha and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Abba & Pacha, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
We feel taking a measured risks is a key to putting yourself in a position that will expand you. The game of life is risky. It’s based on a journey of discovery and the walk of the unknown. But, that’s also where you expand your comfort levels which allows more room for growth and wisdom in the art of minimizing risk levels, while still cracking new doors open. But the key we always say is trusting in yourself, doing your homework, and having faith in the process.
We took a leap of faith in our business with our young twin toddlers and an 8yr old to care for. Dropped the 9-5, picked up gigs to hustle ends, invested thousands into our ambitions to focus on where our heart truly was, and what we know the people are asking for. The amount of product we purchased barely moved the first year and now it is the amount of product we move practically every 1-2 months. Literally a game changer and life shaping.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our story is an interesting one,.. I (Pacha) grew up on one hand in a vegetarian household before it was popularized. Which for me came with many different hurdles socially as a young girl. I learned from an early age to prepare my own food for outings as most people were not catering to me and my family’s lifestyle.. Tempted as a teen, I started to eat what many of my peers were eating out of curiosity. But ultimately, I felt the difference through time and went back to my roots. I later went fully vegan after for my own health concerns.
I (Abba) on the other hand grew up eating the worst out of my 8 siblings. Everyone would make fun of me because I would eat McDonald’s multiple times in a day (3+ Big Macs) and still ate everyone else’s food.
My grandma even use to call me
“Mr. Soda”. As I got older, my body started to create more intolerances to lactose and gluten, amongst other things. I had trouble sleeping with an average of being up til 4-5 AM. Since I could remember, I would suffer from migraines, at least once or twice a month, that would last 4 days at a time. And the only thing that would help was pharmaceutical drugs. I had developed what they called tendinitis in the knees, bubbly guts, and strong signs of althritis in the hands, with slight tremors at the age of 19. Never putting together how crucial the role of what I was eating was impacting how I was feeling.
After we were simultaneously both embarking on multiple South-American ceremonies, literally at the same time, I (Abba) had decided to go fully Plant Based as a message I had received to help heal my body.
And as fate had it, my first ceremony Pacha was there( but we didn’t know each other at the time)and actually connected about 7 ceremonies later. There that same night, funny enough I had gotten a message to go plant based. Then I met Pacha in ceremony and we been side by side ever since. Pacha was able to help me with my transition and showed me the amazing creative world that plant based foods had to offer. A lot of my issues seemed to have just vanished. I couldn’t feel the heel of my left foot and sensations came back, as well as the disappearance of the headaches. As we went deeper into our relationship, we also went deeper into cleansing our bodies in the healing journey and became very avid fasters. We eventually put ourselves deep into detox symptoms and we both broke out with shingles and that is when we met Queen Afua who helped us and actually helped calm our nerves, as we learned that we were in what you would call a “Healing Crisis”. Afterwards, we felt more lively and alive than ever! We continued our learning and certifications and would help many of our friends with our superfood mixes and herbal compounds. And they would always tell us we need to make this into a business. We just felt it was our lifestyle and if we can help a few other friends and family along the way that would be cool but not the intention. Friends kept bringing it up so we considered it, and it really made sense as we can make money doing what we love to do and can help so many others as a lifestyle and were already recognized for. We also knew we were bringing things to the table that we have never seen! So it was pretty exciting to jump and go for it.
We Officially started launching our products in 2020 right as the pandemic happened, as we knew that people like us were needed more than ever and the time was definitely now.
What truly sets our business aside from other companies, honestly speaking is a few things. One aspect, is the way we interact with our customers is very inviting and more like a welcoming family-like experience, rather than a simple transaction. We try to make ourselves available for any insights or questions one may wonder about and try to address those as well as give direction where we can. Our products are uniquely alchemized to truly compliment taste and effectiveness. It is designed to be family products that kids and adults alike can truly love. We have many customers that will give testimony that we are bridging and solving the two areas of health that most people are resistant to 1) Health does not mean you have to give up taste. Most people buy a green drink because they know it is good for them but it sits on the shelf collecting dust, because it’s more of a burden to take than to make it a daily lifestyle superfood to enjoy. We bridge that!
Before coming to the Farmer’s Market, all of our products are first approved by our kids lol. As we all know kids are the biggest critics. But we make everything integrative. Our powder can be used in smoothies, as juices, as lattes, in broths, soups etc. and become more like something you want to add in like your favorite spice. We have herbal extracts that people use as sweetening replacers and the kids love it and want more and it is herbal based, meanwhile it is helping balance the body’s homeostasis and raising nutritive levels. So highly important for us and I think our clients truly appreciate the simplicity we have created in making health fun while feeling good about what you are offering to yourself and your loved ones. 2) Our prices are amazing and the products last you, and all the products we offer is the same products we utilize in our own daily life, literally have over 80 products and have created a superfood market with abundance of alternatives to foods that are not so good for us but we might still be craving. We literally everyday use and live by our products and are constantly blown away by ourselves and it is quite game changing for people looking to go a more healthy route but do not know where to start. We are family oriented and we see our customers as our extended family and we go the extra mile for them as we would like that same type of service from others. So, we try to be the example we would like to see. Truly truly happy to share this wealth of health with others and get powerful feedback on such a regular basis is just such a beautiful cycle of gratitude and community that is deeply fulfilling for us and for everyone involved. And we truly feel planted in our mission and wouldn’t trade it for anything!
We are currently working on video/guided digital products on how to make some of your favorite dishes but in raw form, like a curry, but an all raw curry, or a raw pizza etc., Helping people go through levels of integration into healthier eating no matter where you are on the spectrum of food awareness.
We also have another company where we work with clients one-on-one for regenerative detoxification, to help guide them through cleansing the body of obstructions and out of chronic situations.
Offering consultations, protocols as well as Iridology Mapping. Creating practice that always allows us to remain in flow with our purpose.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would take them to Thailand. Some of the most amazing kind people we’ve ever met. Filled with beautiful mountains, water, sanctuaries, delicious and nutritious food (tons of vegan/raw options). Amazing Thai massages that you can get for $5. Motorcycle lifestyle, tree houses, and endless markets where you can find everything and anything. It’s also so peaceful and kid friendly, and we can’t wait to go back.
We also love going camping out in Arizona where we live and being immersed in nature. We love and would take them to Mount Lemmon, White Mountains, Patagonia Lake, Chiricahua Mountains, Sedona. All beautiful views and locations in AZ. And we still have so much to discover here ourselves.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We definitely are inspired by many of the greats who have paved the way to spreading awareness for True Wholistic Lifestyle.
In our early days almost 10 years ago now, Queen Afua helped us through a healing crisis. She was our neighbor and little did we know at the time she was famous for healing celebrities and people around the world, we were in contact for s little while with her house with multiple trips to her home.
Other greats that we have so much gratitude for: Dr. Sebi, Dr. Phil Valentine, along with another one of our direct teachers Dr. Morse.
And a really good book we recommend for Diet & its relation to health is ‘The Mucusless Diet’ by Prof Arnold Ehret.
And the fourth phase of water by Gerald Pollack.
Large levels of influence in business mind state can be strongly contributed to books like Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, think and Grow Rich By Napoleon Hill, The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson. All great highly recommended books amongst many others.
