Consumers’ rights! One of our primary goals and objective over the past decade has been to build consumer awareness about their lemon law rights in the state of California. In California, consumers currently have strong lemon law rights if they purchased or leased a vehicle that turns out to be a lemon. The problem is that far too many consumers are still unaware that they may be entitled to a refund or cash compensation as a result of purchasing or leasing a lemon. Additionally, if the consumers prevail, they are entitled to have the auto manufacturer pay for their reasonable attorney fees and costs.
