We had the good fortune of connecting with Erica Kesse and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Erica, what matters most to you?

My values are freedom, growth, integrity, and intimacy. My mother, my first leader, called me her slave. She did harm to me by conditioning me to serve and give nothing to myself. I obtained two master’s degrees at the same time, was raising my daughter, and found out she had been touching inappropriately by her child care provider’s son. Knowledge and self-reflection designed my philosophy and transformed my life. Transmuting toxic conditioning to divine overflow, I recognize that serving well and my intuition is my superpower, which causes an affinity to try new things. Now, I serve from a place of freedom in right fit relationships through my Try On Philosophy. The tenets of the philosophy are relationship, exposure, alignment, and to do no harm (R.E.A.D). I know how to read the environment to have freedom and demand integrity as I grow in intimacy. I would like others to be enhanced with safety and support. I am the Leaders’ Healer with the unrelenting mission to eliminate harm in leadership as much as possible.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

Your Goal Concierge, Inc partners with corporate leaders and business owners to determine their values, vision, and mission statement; then works with them to implement it into critical aspects of their business.

Your Goal Concierge, Inc has 20+ years in Education, Facilitation, and in Business Administration as well as 8 years in Counseling and Coaching.

Our one-on-one methodology allows us to work together with your team to create a customized blueprint that is unique to your company’s plan, needs, and culture. Additionally, leadership/ executives will be seen as a whole person, which includes acknowledgement of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components of life.

Your Goal Concierge, Inc. has a coaching certification program, which is my gift to the world. The program is worth two academic and Master level private university programs. It is everything I have gained and everything I wish I could have had.

It is a hand up, especially for those who know they have the true purpose of helping others and they want to ensure it is done in the healthiest way.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

I am new as of January 2023 to Tulsa, OK. Before I got to Tulsa, OK, everyone here welcomed me in a way that I had never experienced in my life. It was not just the Tulsa Remote program. It was also organizations in the city and natives I encountered. Just today the Airbnb host that I stayed with at the beginning of the January for a week while waiting for furniture to be delivered, contacted me about getting a discount on gas for my apartment.

It makes me scratch my head. I didn’t have to fight to be heard or seen? I just simply can show up being the beacon of light that I am. I don’t blind them.

Yeah, I am an advocate for authenticity, and I felt like I was not welcomed in my city. It is said that “a prophet is not accepted in his own hometown”.

I can tell you the places I have explored already, and I will definitely take my friends to these places.
