We had the good fortune of connecting with Steffani LeFevour and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Steffani, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Above anything I value honoring the highest unfolding of my soul experience. I know that may sound really deep but hear me out. When I put that value first, everything else unfolds as it should. My business feels guided and more successful. My relationships flow better. I feel more connected and more at peace with myself and with life. When I really got this and started putting that value first in my life it had the most impact on my business. Before this I was trying to fill certain programs and sell a certain amount. When I instead started valuing the highest unfolding of my soul experience I found a new end result desire for my business. Instead of it looking like ‘sell X amount and make X amount of dollars’. It started looking like ‘help more women find more daily happiness in whatever way that unfolds’. When I started taking that approach the Universe stepped in and showed me how to get there. Now I always focus on the end result desire and put the ideal unfolding of my soul experience first. And things in life and in my business are more effortless, easy and in flow.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My work has been a forever unfolding journey. I never set out to create what I now have instead I felt very guided every step of the way as it unfolded. I had a tough childhood and didn’t ever think I could be and do and have what I dreamed. I didn’t feel like I was enough or ever at all worthy and deserving of a happy life. In college I found some books by Marianne Williamson and Neale Donald Walsch and started my life long journey into personal growth and expansion. I did the inner work that it took to start to build my belief and my self worth before I could ever build my own coaching business. I now know that we can never create anything externally until we have the belief and the internal foundation that we need in order to create it. Our beliefs shape our reality. I learned that the hard way and then found a way to consciously create my life focused on more of what I DO want. And I have never looked back.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to the roofdeck at Soho House. And to Travloli Tavern for dinner and a broadway show. Maybe a spa day at Aire Ancient Baths and strolling around the magnificent mile. Then up to my lake house on Lake Michigan for an escape from the city.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Ohhh so many people. I’m not sure I can even list them all. 🙂 I have MANY coaches and mentors that have helped me get to where I am today.

Genevieve Davis helped me fine tune my manifesting and take my life and business to another level.
Dax Moy for being an inspiration and guiding force in my life.
