We had the good fortune of connecting with William Lita and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi William, how do you think about risk?
Overall starting a business and being part of the process of becoming a professional in auto detailing has been a risk itself. The life lessons, experiences, and obstacles through life and my career have led me to not settle down and to explore out of my comfort zone. One of the main risks that I had to take was to quit my job. With the intent of pursuing a career that involved auto detailing. Without this risk, I wouldn’t taste success nor gain knowledge of this craft.
With certainty, I can say risk-taking has played a huge role in my growth not only in creating but as well as managing a business of my own.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
It was not easy at all to build up my business from “scratch”. A lot of tears, sacrifices, and challenges had to be overcome to get to where this business is right now. Auto detailing is a business that was a risk to build but the desire that I have to be able to grow more and more in this area of my life has been my motivation to reach success every day.

One important life lesson that I have learned, is that growth takes time.

At Beast Auto Detail we put all our love, passion, and effort into detailing every car. Not only to be proud of our work but seeing the look on the owner’s car makes a difference in the before and after in the image of the car.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
San Diego itself has a ton of restaurants to visit and is a very tourist place to come enjoy a vacation from. I would say my favorite place to visit would be Coronado, any boat tour and activity is not only beautiful but fun also.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Beast Auto Detail has been a business that has gone through many trials and tribulations. There is one person who has been my overall rock and support in these difficult times.

Having faith in God has been the foundation of this business. This reminds me time after time that giving up is not the answer when times get difficult, but rather trusting in Him and trying harder to achieve success.
