Meet RJ Spina | Metaphysical Teacher, Healer, and Author

We had the good fortune of connecting with RJ Spina and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi RJ, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My desire is to share the higher-consciousness metaphysics I used to overcome permanent chest-down paralysis and chronic illness so others can heal themselves as well. Everything I share and teach is designed for healing and far greater quality of life in every way.

What should our readers know about your business?
In April of 2016, I became ‘permanently’ paralyzed from the chest down. I was also told I only had 48 hours to live because of severe sepsis. I was also diagnosed with multiple chronic diseases and suffered from the potentially fatal condition known as autonomic dysreflexia. It was through my own liberation and grace that I remembered how healing really works. I told everyone I would heal myself from everything, including my chest-down paralysis in just 100 days. I even documented this with video, MRI’s, and my surgeons notes. I did exactly as I predicted and no longer suffer from any of these maladies, including paralysis.

Even before I was completely healed from paralysis, I was teaching at an acupuncture clinic on how healing really works. Before I knew it, I had scores of people wanting to learn these metaphysics so they could heal too. Shortly thereafter, I was encouraged to write a book that captures my revolutionary healing technique as well as some of the stories of my clients who healed themselves as well. This became by best-selling book Supercharged Self-Healing that was released December of 2021.

I haven’t stopped working since I was discharged from the hospital/rehab facility. Subsequently, I have created multiple online courses and a mobile app that teaches how to self-heal and become self-realized.
The teachings go well-beyond physical healing. The easy-to-understand and apply teachings and protocols have a profound impact not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as well. Upon application and qualification, I do take on individual clients who want to work with me 1-on-1.

My overcoming permanent paralysis is the permission slip for others to do the impossible for themselves. Through my own liberation and healing, I am able to share a perspective that transforms peoples lives when they apply the teachings. I have dedicated my life to freeing of humanity on all levels. It is my greatest joy, my honor, and my love to serve in this way.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love Coronado. Lunch at Hotel Del and a stroll along Coronado Beach is one of my favorite things to do. Petco Park, where the Padres play, is a beautiful ballpark. They did fantastic job on its design and along with some of downtown’s architecture draped around the ballpark, it’s simply stunning. La Jolla Shores is also one of my favorite places to enjoy the ocean. You can’t beat the shops and dining there as well. A hike in Torrey Pines with those spectacular vistas overlooking the ocean, all while getting a good workout in, is as good as it gets.

I want to thank Cathe Burnham for helping me get my non-profit Human Advancement Through Higher Consciousness off the ground. I was able to help facilitate healing and a greater quality of life for Cathe and because of her generosity, she has in turn helped me help many others who are not capable, financially, of availing themselves of the healing and awakening they desire and need.
