We had the good fortune of connecting with Miranda Carnicle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Miranda, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Passion! I think a person who is passionate about what they do leads to success because they care about their work. When someone cares about their work it’s much more motivating and fulfilling. Also, building relationships with all my amazing clients. Rose + Honey Skincare would be nothing without them.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
One thing that sets Rose + Honey apart from other Skincare studios are the tailor made treatments we offer our clients. Each treatment is customized to the clients skin care concerns/needs. We do not believe in the “one size fits all” approach. We take a more corrective approach my addressing and recommending the right skincare ingredients to use at home, daily regimens, and diet and lifestyle adjustments to help better your skin.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
One of the first places I would take them is Bali Hai for their famous Mai Tai cocktails. They pack a punch! I would also recommend a day on the water in La Jolla Cove at Everyday California to see some amazing wildlife and sea creatures. As far as dinner, I would recommend Cowboys Star for some juicy steaks or if you’re feeling more Italian food, Barbusa located in Little Italy.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a shout-out to all my friends and family who have supported me on my new journey of being a business owner. All the advice, recommendations, mentorship’s, and networking has been a huge help.
