Hi Daniel, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Deciding to leave the team I was on and go independent was the difficult decision for me. No one tells you how deep, dark, and heavy the water is when you decide to work for yourself and jump into the self-employed pool. I was very lucky and started my leap with a few sales and started getting enough traction to get by my first year. My motivation behind leaving was due to building up others business while getting paid little compared to what I was helping someone else get, They were making it rain and I was collecting the water. Once I felt that I had enough experience to do this job by myself I told my boss that I want to go independent and they encouraged it. I started on 05/01/2021 and it has been a wild bumpy ride.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We provide stress free affordable homeownership and financing to our clients. Whether you are a first time buyer, looking to lower your payment or pull cash out of your existing home, we are here to help you step by step through the entire process.

What sets me apart as a loan officer is my level of involvement with my client and realtor partners. We help submitted offers get accepted, help increase the conversion ratio on leads for realtors, and also give insight / value to our partners to stay informed on the market.

We are here to help make buying, investing, refinancing, or cashing-out real estate stress-free.

If you are in San Diego there are plenty of places to explore and enjoy.

La Jolla Beach – Very friendly beach
