Meet Taylor Smale | Founder of @sandiegojobs

We had the good fortune of connecting with Taylor Smale and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Taylor, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of @sandiegojobs is consistency. Whether our job post gets 1 like or 100 likes, posting jobs daily has helped dozens of local San Diego businesses find the best candidates to fill their available jobs.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a business professional, the majority of my career experiences have been in sales and customer service. My passion is helping solve people’s problems by providing a quality product or service that I believe in. I’ve learned so many lessons in business, but two of the most important are asking the right questions and being an attentive listener. @sandiegojobs is dedicated to helping businesses find the best candidates to fill their available positions, and we are committed to helping candidates find the best position for them.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit San Diego, Little Italy would be my first destination. We would walk up and down India St. and Kettner Blvd, getting a plate of food and libation at multiple restaurants. The next day would be spent on the Triton Charter boat for a day on the water. Next would be day on Coronado Island. Spending time at dog beach, then lunch over at the Hotel Del. Last would be a round of golf at Torrey Pines.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
