Meet Nicole Ducoli | Founder/CEO

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicole Ducoli and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nicole, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The driving force behind Twenty Clicks is the cars, the lifestyle, and the Japanese culture that inspire it all. Our success comes down to one core value — authenticity. From the start, our mission has been to stay true to the culture, community, and iconic spirit that define the Japanese automotive lifestyle. Every car we import, every build we bring to life, and every event we host reflects that commitment to real passion, transparency, and quality.
Twenty Clicks isn’t just about selling cars — it’s about building a brand people can trust and be proud to stand behind. By prioritizing integrity, focusing on quality over quantity, and engaging our community through motorsport and outreach, we’ve built a name whose reputation speaks for itself.

What should our readers know about your business?
Twenty Clicks began as a simple idea — to bring the heart of Japanese car culture to Arizona in a way that felt real. What started as one woman’s passion for Japanese-market cars has grown into a trusted name known for authenticity, transparency, and attention to detail. Today, Twenty Clicks specializes in importing and curating some of Japan’s most iconic vehicles — including the legendary Nissan Skyline and Toyota Crown — while providing an experience that connects people to the culture behind them.
What sets us apart is that we don’t just sell cars — we build trust and community. Every vehicle we bring in is handled with care and integrity, from import compliance to customer delivery. We take pride in doing things the right way, even when it takes longer or costs more, because that’s what earns lasting respect.
Getting here hasn’t been easy. The import world comes with complex regulations, long timelines, and constant challenges. There were moments when it felt impossible to do it independently, but I refused to cut corners or give up. Instead, I learned, adapted, and kept pushing forward. Those lessons — patience, persistence, and integrity — became the backbone of Twenty Clicks.
I want the world to know that Twenty Clicks is more than a business; it’s a brand built on passion, culture, connection, and family. It represents what happens when you stay authentic, work hard, and never lose sight of why you started.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to town, we’d start the week the same way I start most weekends — at Cars & Coffee. It’s a staple for us. You get everything that makes Arizona car culture special: friendly faces, caffeine, and that early-morning energy that sets the tone for the day.
Afterward, we’d maybe stop in at Henhouse Café in Gilbert for breakfast — no frills, just really good food that hits the spot every time. Sometime during the week, we’d have to make a stop at Teharu for revolving sushi (I absolutely love the conveyor-belt experience). I’m big on food that’s fresh and simple.
Evenings are for Downtown Gilbert, especially on a Saturday night. The energy there is great — live music, local restaurants, and the perfect place to grab a burger or a steak, surrounded by plenty of people out just enjoying life.
We’d mix in a little exploring at the Riparian Preserve, possibly a visit to the Japanese Friendship Garden, and definitely some shopping in Old Town Scottsdale. And of course, I’d have to make a stop at Rolling Rack Boutique — one of my favorite local shops and a longtime supporter of the brand.
It wouldn’t be a rushed itinerary; just a week that captures what I love about this place: cars, community, culture, and good food — the things that keep me grounded and inspired.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people who’ve played a part in this journey. First and foremost, my family — especially my husband, whose support, love for cars, and strong work ethic continue to inspire me every day. He taught me that if you do things the right way, people will notice — and that lesson became the foundation of everything Twenty Clicks stands for. I also want to recognize the community that’s grown around this brand — the customers, friends, and local partners who believed in what we were building long before it was big. The support from Arizona’s car culture, from small garages to fellow entrepreneurs, has been incredible.
