Kelsey , always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
Sure! I’m Kelsey Aida Shugarts (formerly Roualdes), Bestselling Author, Energetic Alignment Expert, and Co-host of The High Vibin’ It Podcast. I help ambitious women to manifest their highest desires and love themselves deeply through that process. I’m most known for my down-to-earth manifestation and self-love teachings.

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
Right now I’m working on my longest, most in-depth book to date, all about why the law of attraction works for some people… but not you! It’s the first-ever manifestation troubleshooting guide to help everyone who’s been manifesting but needs an extra boost, and a little more alignment, to overcome blockages or stuck points.

I spent almost half of last year working on the proposal for the book and just recently secured an established literary agent who is going to represent the manuscript, We are currently in the process of sending the proposal to different publishing houses until we find the best fit. It is a long process with lots of rejection, but worth it because this baby is ready to come to life!

In addition to hitting the 540,000 lifetime download marker with High Vibin’ It and continuing to produce and grow the show, I also have big plans this year to revive my YouTube channel (@kelseyaida) from the dead and start creating consistent video series on topics like money manifestation, self-love practices, personal development made simple, and the like…so stay tuned for that. It’s gonna be my little corner of the internet where you can binge on long-form self-help content from me, even from your TV.

Favorite Sport (to watch): Football (I have to say this because my husband used to play professionally.)

Favorite Sport (to play): None. Hated all sports growing up, but I did almost become a professional dancer.

Did you play sports growing up (if so which ones): My parents made me try soccer but I was scared of the ball and always complained that I was getting dirty. Ballet was more my speed. LOL

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up: A professional ballerina for the San Francisco Ballet

French Fries or Onion Rings: Fries all the way

Favorite Cartoon growing up: I loved Aurthur and Zaboomafoo when I was little. 90’s baby.

Favorite Childhood movie: Anastasia. I still watch it.

Favorite Breakfast Food: Waffles. I make them fresh at home almost every weekend.

What do you want people to remember about you and your brand? What are some of things that you feel are most important, unique, special, etc?
I want people to remember how I helped them break through their blockages and manifest all the blessings in a fun, practical, and sometimes spicy way!

Maybe it’s just one thing I said on the High Vibin’ It that shifts their perspective on life, forever! Maybe it’s a manifesting method from one of my books (like My Pocket Guide to Manifestation) that helped them finally achieve their specific goal. Maybe my Money Magnetics courses helped them to change their financial destiny for their entire family.

At the end of the day, I just want to be known for helping improve the quality of people’s lives by helping them shift their energy and create a life they love, from the inside out. I want to be like everyone’s magical fairy godmother that doesn’t just grant people’s deepest wishes for them but shows them exactly how to create that success for themselves, over and over again, so they don’t even need a fairy godmother!

The important thing for me is to just keep using my gifts of insight, teaching, and empowerment to help the masses and ultimately usher us into a more utopian society where everyone is nourished, happy, and free from unnecessary suffering.
