Hi Omar, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
The Importance of trial and error

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are a catering company that’s specializes in bringing authentic street food to your party/ event ! Bringing the guests of the parties, Churros, Hot dogs, Burgers, Cotton Candy, Elote, Crepes, Mini Pancakes,& Ice Cream. We are most proud of the design and theme we have of “Party” catering. The above and beyond toppings we add to the food to make it original and street style gourme. The luxury of having street food but with presentable carts. each food we serve has its own cart & theme. We put a lot of effort into making our carts stand out and fit the theme of any party/ event ! We don’t take the cheap way out by serving many foods into one cart; we give each food the importance and style of having its own bars.
Getting booked every weekend for multiple parties is such a blessing but definitely did not come easy. The stress of making sure we cover all events that sometimes overlap the serving times was a challenge but made us stronger by having more help with more servers and buying more trucks to be able to fulfill events to make sure everyone has the same importance! There is no party too big or too small for us ! We appreciate all bookings 🎉

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Our company is called “ SD PARTY CATERING” so it’s only right that I recommend SAN DIEGO for the best food !

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Wife, who believed in the idea and has helped me do the most to make this business run smooth. She has helped me do the heavy lifting, the prepping, the designing. Really believed in the potential in the company.
