We had the good fortune of connecting with Tammy Hampton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tammy, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
I want to be well known in a positive light. If I could make a positive impact on the people I come in contact with, that’s what makes my heart feel full at the end of the day. The more people I help, the more aligned in my purpose I am. Being a face of spiritual wellbeing is one of my goals and I’m paving the way to get there

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a certified holistic coach and take a more spiritual approach to helping others heal past traumas and triggers they find themselves experiencing throughout their daily life.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We have to stop by the Self-Realization Fellowship Temple on First Ave in Little Italy. This place is perfect for a serene view of San Diego and has a calming energy to meditate or practice yoga in their many garden spaces. It is an organization founded in 1920 by Paramahansa Yogananda. Just a nice little piece of sanctuary for those looking to be enlightened. A walk down the street provided a nice coffee spot through a walk on the quince street bridge! It’s just a beautiful area for friends to walk and have a good time

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My clients who have been with me since day one and continuing their spiritual journey with me as their guide. One book I have to say made a positive impact on me would be “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz and quotes the agreements as “Be Impeccable With Your Word, Don’t Take Anything Personally, Don’t Make Assumptions, and Always Do Your Best”. These are powerful words of growth and development and help me align with my purpose which is to help others through their struggles and challenges.
