Work-life balance has definitely shifted for me over time. In the beginning, it was all about the grind—late nights, early mornings, and sacrificing personal time to build my fitness career. Over time, I’ve learned that balance doesn’t mean giving equal time to everything, but knowing when to push hard and when to step back.
