One of my favorite affirmations is, “Don’t let anyone dim your light”. This specific affirmation steamed from having a hard and uncomfortable conversation with someone really close and fond to me. It wasn’t even them saying that exact phrase, but a reminder that even though that person is so important to me, that i shouldn’t let them dim my light because of certain reactions, responses or interactions they had towards me or with me.
