Meet Tony Park | Company Owner, Web Developer, Network & Cybersecurity Engineer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tony Park and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tony, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When most people think of ‘tech company’, they immediately picture Google, Meta, and the Silicon Valley companies. These giant companies typically do not service local small businesses on a personal level. When I created Temecula Web Solutions with my business partner, Brian Tran, I wanted to create a web development and IT company that caters to local small and medium size businesses. In this way, we can start by creating the business an amazing website (the digital storefront) and service them all the way to the IT infrastructure that runs in their offices, over their phone lines, to the computer hardware they use. Additionally, I have worked a myriad of jobs since I was 16 and I was at the perfect point in my life to make the transition to starting my own business. It has been two years since we launched and I am so thankful to do something I love.

What should our readers know about your business?
Temecula Web Solutions is a family-owned technology company headquartered in Temecula, CA. Our mission is to serve as a one-stop solution for all web and information technology needs.

What sets is apart is our passion for the small business. In today’s modern world, technology is advancing at such a rapid pace and it is so hard to keep track of it all. We make this easier for local small businesses who simply want a trustworthy company that they can rely on for a slew of different needs. Additionally, our team has been through advanced schooling (Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Master’s in Cybersecurity, UI/UX courses) and we bring current industry standards into all of the work that we do.

Getting to the two year mark has not been easy and I am confident there will be more challenges to come, however, I overcome the daily grind by reminding myself how fortunate I am to be here in America where truly anything is possible.

One of the biggest lessons I learned is that you have to choose your business partners wisely. A true business partner sticks with you through the highs and the lows.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Temecula is known for its wine country and I love the views, wine, and food at Callaways. As for restaurants, 8 Bit Brewery stands out as a great place for kids and adults. I also love that the Promenade in Temecula Mall area is constantly growing; a Phil’s BBQ, Krispy Kreme, Karl Strauss, etc.

For a week long trip, I highly recommend making the trek out to Joshua Tree National Park. There is something about seeing the night sky with no light pollution that really gets you thinking about the world.

For all the folks who love trading card games, I absolutely love Tier 1 Games!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a shoutout to my high school – Whitney High School in Cerritos, CA. If it wasn’t for this amazing school, I undeniably would not be where I am today. That school is known for its academic excellence (#1 in California) as well as the phenomenal teachers who go the full mile for each and every student.

I also want to give a shoutout to my Marine Corps brothers and sisters. I served seven years in the Marine Corps and I learned so much. From the Marines at 9th Communication Battalion to I MEF Headquarters, being a Marine has truly shaped me into the man I am today.

Lastly I want to give a shoutout to my wife Jessica who has supported me through this journey.
