Hi Stathi, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
For me, the most important aspect of the auto detailing industry that outsiders may be unaware of is the level of skill and expertise required for achieving professional results. Auto detailing involves much more than just washing and waxing a vehicle. Skilled detailers possess a deep understanding of various paint types, surface materials, and specific cleaning and restoration techniques.

They often need to address a wide range of issues, such as paint swirls, oxidation, water spots, and interior stains. Additionally, knowledge of specialized tools, equipment, and high-quality products is crucial for achieving optimal results without causing damage to the vehicle’s surfaces.

Detailing is a meticulous process that demands attention to detail, patience, and a keen eye for imperfections. This level of expertise ensures that the vehicle not only looks aesthetically pleasing but also maintains its condition and value over time. Outsiders may underestimate the level of skill and knowledge required to consistently deliver top-notch auto detailing services.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My diverse career journey has taken me through various industries, including IT tech, sales, and medical device sales, each contributing to the unique perspective I bring to the auto detailing business at Auto Shine Revival. What sets me apart is not just my expertise in these areas, but the culmination of skills acquired from different sectors that have shaped the way we operate.

Transitioning from IT tech to sales and later into medical device sales provided me with a robust skill set in customer service, strategic planning, and adaptability. These experiences have been invaluable in establishing Auto Shine Revival as a versatile and customer-focused venture.

The road to where I am today has been challenging, filled with learning opportunities. Overcoming obstacles, whether technological, sales-related, or navigating the healthcare industry, has instilled resilience and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What I’m most proud of is not only the success of the business but the fact that it’s a family-driven endeavor. Working alongside my sons, and with the support of my wife and daughter, we’ve created a brand that embodies dedication, quality, and a personalized touch.

In essence, my career journey has been a tapestry of experiences, each thread contributing to the vibrant story of Auto Shine Revival. I’m excited about the future, leveraging the lessons learned from various industries to innovate and deliver exceptional results in the auto detailing landscape.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
This is a great question and honestly I have never really thought about how I would go about this. My friends and I are all pretty down to earth guys and we always take things day by day. All I can say is that being that we are in one of the best cities in America (San Diego) there is so many beautiful places to visit and so many amazing restaurants to eat as well. If I were to put a itinerary together, it would go something like this:

Day 1: Explore downtown and enjoy a great dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area.
Day 2: Visit Seaworld. If you haven’t visited Seaworld then I believe it’s a must. You can spend the day learning about
marine life and attending some shows, and enjoy some thrilling rides.
Day 3: Balboa Park and Museums and hopefully time for beach.
Day 4: Visit La Jolla, and have a beach day. Grab a nice dinner at 1 of the many amazing restaurants in the area.
Day 5: Most of my friends I grew up played Golf. So I would definitely leave this day open for Golf. Most likely in
Encinitas Ranch Golf course. I like this course. Dinner would definitely be Buona Forchetta Restaurant I love this place.
Day 6: Probably would be another relaxing beach day, and an amazing BBQ and cocktails at my house.
Day 7: Beach day during the day, and possibly grab a nice relaxing dinner somewhere to catch the sunset over the
Pacific.

Being that I live in north county, we would be hanging a lot in Oceanside, Carlsbad, and down towards Encinitas and Del Mar.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude in this shoutout, not just to my sons who form the backbone of our team at Auto Shine Revival, but also to my wonderful daughter. Her eagerness and willingness to contribute in any way possible have added a special touch to our family venture. Together with my wife’s continuous support, we’ve created a thriving business that is a true family effort. I’m immensely proud of the dedication and passion each of my children brings, and I’m excited for the future as we continue to grow and succeed as a united family team.
