Hi Samer, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
At TCWGlobal, our commitment to community and global betterment is a fundamental aspect of our business philosophy. We allocate 10% of our profits to support a diverse range of global organizations, positively impacting thousands of individuals, animals, and environmental causes. Additionally, more than half of our employees voluntarily donate their time and resources to these initiatives, and we are working to increase this participation to 80% by 2024. To further amplify the impact of our team’s contributions, we match their donations dollar for dollar, doubling the effect of their generosity.
Our VIBES initiative—standing for Volunteerism, Investment, Belonging, Equality, and Social Responsibility—puts our company values into action. TCW Global is a company that specializes in Employer of Record (EOR) services, providing comprehensive human resources solutions on a global scale. Their offerings include staffing and placement, payrolling, compliance, and managing workforce solutions. TCW Global caters to the needs of companies looking to expand or manage their workforce internationally without the need to establish a legal entity in every location.
In addition to these services, TCW Global is known for its commitment to corporate social responsibility through its VIBES initiative, which emphasizes Volunteerism, Investment, Belonging, Equality, and Social Responsibility. This initiative seeks to enhance community engagement and improve workplace culture, making it an integral part of their business model.
