Hi MICHELLE, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The heart of my business and brand lies in the relationships I build and the genuine connections I create. For me, helping people find their place in the world of home isn’t just about matching them with a property; it’s about understanding their aspirations, listening closely, and being fully present throughout their journey. My clients know that they are working with someone authentic, who truly cares about their needs and is committed to honest communication. This trust and authenticity aren’t just values I believe in—they are the foundation of my success. By prioritizing people over transactions, I’m able to create lasting connections, bringing a level of dedication and empathy that leaves a positive impact long after the keys are handed over.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is centered around building authentic relationships and helping clients find their place in the world of home, which is the most rewarding part of what I do. I’m incredibly proud of the deep trust I’ve built with my clients and the long-lasting relationships that have become the foundation of my work. What excites me the most is that every day brings a new story and a unique opportunity to impact someone’s life meaningfully—whether it is guiding a first-time buyer, helping a family relocate, or achieving a dream home purchase. As an entrepreneur, I know that every single day requires a mindset of service focused on helping and supporting others in my community.
What sets me apart from other agents is that I genuinely care about my clients, putting the relationship first and the transaction second. My commitment to their happiness and finding them the perfect home is unwavering. I consider myself a “first responder” for my clients—I am there for them before, during, and after the transaction, ensuring they feel supported at every step. I am also a fierce negotiator, dedicated to protecting my clients’ interests. I will forever be their trusted advisor and will do whatever it takes to ensure their needs and protection remain the highest priority.
Getting to where I am today wasn’t always easy. I’ve faced challenges, from market fluctuations to the complex demands of real estate, but I’ve learned that resilience and adaptability are essential. Instead of being discouraged, I leaned on my support network—my family, friends, Compass family, and colleagues—to push forward. Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of empathy, honest communication, and listening to my clients. I want the world to know that my brand is built on authenticity and a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their real estate goals. My story is about creating something lasting and meaningful, not just for me but for everyone I have the privilege to work with.


Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Starting with a long walk along the beach or at Torrey Pines, enjoying a fun brunch in Del Mar with Bloody Marys, and taking a scenic boat ride in the San Diego Harbor would make for a memorable experience. After some relaxing time at home and massages, spending the afternoon laughing, chatting, and capturing tons of photos—and, of course, several boomerangs—would add to the fun. Ending the night with a beautiful sunset from a cliffside restaurant or the beach in Del Mar, Coronado, or Encinitas, followed by a delicious espresso martini, sounds like the perfect way to celebrate friendship and create lasting memories!
