Hi Mel, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
Chateauz emerged from my extensive experience collaborating with a global enterprise client during my design and strategy consultancy work. Over the past seven years, we’ve explored the potential of XR technologies to enhance various aspects of business, from hybrid work collaborations and cultural improvements to product demos and annual sales kick-off events. These experiences have revealed critical insights: For enterprises of all sizes to succeed and expand their XR initiatives, they must address challenges related to adoption, interoperability, and business intelligence. Every day, I wake up driven by questions like, “How can we create a scalable technology to enable this? How can we improve upon existing solutions, learning from both their successes and failures? I wholeheartedly dedicate my shoutout to two vital pillars in my life: my sister and my cherished circle of female friends. This sisterhood has been an unwavering source of strength and support throughout my journey, a constant presence during both the highs and lows, and a beacon of light during times of uncertainty. Their boundless love and unshakable faith in me have been a guiding force, illuminating my path on even the darkest days.

Additionally, I must give credit where it’s due, and that credit goes to my beloved children, my boys. They are my true north, my unwavering compass in this vast world. Their love and presence have added immeasurable richness to my life, reminding me of what truly matters and providing the motivation to strive for success.

These individuals, my sister, my close-knit circle of female friends, and my precious children, are the unsung heroes in my story. Their unwavering support, love, and encouragement have played an undeniable role in shaping my journey and contributing to my successes.
