Meet Manny Fraser | Sales Coach/ Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Manny Fraser and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Manny, what’s your definition for success?
As a husband, father of four, sales coach, personal trainer, and competitive powerlifter, I define success in a few key ways. First and foremost, success is about being present and engaged with my family, providing them with love, support, and guidance as they grow. It’s about being a role model for my children, showing them the importance of hard work, integrity, and faith.
In my career, success means helping others achieve their goals—whether it’s coaching personal trainers to excel in their careers or guiding clients to transform their bodies and minds. It’s about making a lasting impact in the lives of those I work with, helping them reach their full potential.
As a competitive powerlifter, success is also about pushing my physical limits, setting and achieving new goals, and demonstrating the discipline and dedication required to excel in this demanding sport. It’s about embracing challenges, overcoming obstacles, and continuously striving to improve both in and out of the gym.
Ultimately, success is living a balanced life where I can pursue my passions, provide for my family, and make a difference in the lives of others. It’s about continuous growth, both personally and professionally, while staying true to my values and faith.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m a personal training manager, sales coach, podcaster, and competitive powerlifter, and my journey to where I am today has been anything but easy. At the age of 24, I went to prison, and that experience took away most of my young adulthood. It was a challenging and life-altering event that could have easily derailed my future. However, it also became a turning point—a moment when I chose to take control of my life and redirect my path.
During that time, I focused on personal growth, both mentally and spiritually. My faith played a crucial role in helping me stay resilient and find purpose despite the circumstances. I learned the value of discipline, perseverance, and the power of mindset, all of which became the foundation of my career and my passion for competitive powerlifting.
What sets me apart from others is my ability to connect deeply with people, understand their struggles, and help them transform not just physically, but mentally as well. I’m proud of the work I do in guiding personal trainers to excel in their careers, helping clients achieve their fitness goals, and pushing my limits as a powerlifter. My podcast, where I share insights and interview industry experts, is another platform where I can inspire and educate others.
Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy, but every challenge I faced taught me valuable lessons. I learned that success isn’t just about the victories; it’s about how you rise after falling. It’s about having the courage to keep moving forward, no matter how tough the road gets.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that we are all about growth, transformation, and empowerment. Whether it’s through fitness, personal development, or sales coaching, my mission is to help others unlock their full potential and create a life they’re proud of. My story is one of redemption, resilience, and relentless pursuit of betterment, and I strive to instill that same drive in everyone I work with.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
f my best friend were visiting Toronto, Ontario, for a week, I’d make sure they experienced the best the city has to offer. Toronto is a city of diversity, rich culture, and vibrant neighborhoods, so here’s how I’d plan our week:
Day 1: Downtown Adventures
We’d start with breakfast at Over Easy, a cozy spot perfect for fueling up before a day of exploring. First stop would be the CN Tower, where we’d take in breathtaking views of the city from the observation deck. For a thrill, we could try the EdgeWalk. After that, we’d visit the Royal Ontario Museum to explore its fascinating exhibits. For lunch, we’d hit St. Lawrence Market to sample some local favorites. In the afternoon, we’d take a leisurely walk through the University of Toronto campus and visit Kensington Market for a taste of Toronto’s eclectic side, with its vintage shops and street art. We’d wrap up the day with dinner at Pai Northern Thai Kitchen, indulging in some of the best Thai food in the city.
Day 2: Culture and Shopping
We’d start our day at the Distillery District, a historic area with cobblestone streets, art galleries, and unique boutiques. Breakfast at Balzac’s Coffee would be a must. Afterward, we’d explore the shops and perhaps catch a local art installation. For lunch, we’d head over to Queen Street West, one of the trendiest shopping areas in Toronto, offering everything from high-end fashion to quirky local stores. We’d spend the afternoon shopping and people-watching, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. In the evening, we’d catch a live show at the Royal Alexandra Theatre or the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre, two of Toronto’s iconic venues.
Day 3: Nature and Relaxation
We’d start with a ferry ride to the Toronto Islands for a day of relaxation. We could rent bikes and explore the islands, enjoy a picnic, or just relax on the beach with stunning views of the city skyline. For lunch, we’d stop by the Rectory Café on the island. In the afternoon, we’d return to the city and visit High Park, where we could walk through the beautiful gardens, hike the trails, or visit the zoo. Dinner would be at Scaramouche Restaurant, a fine dining spot known for its exceptional views of the city.
Day 4: Foodie Adventures
Our foodie adventure would begin with brunch at Lady Marmalade, a popular spot with an eclectic menu that never disappoints. Afterward, we’d head to St. Lawrence Market to explore the culinary delights, sampling fresh produce, cheeses, and specialty foods. We’d spend the afternoon in Little Italy or Chinatown, depending on our cravings, enjoying the authentic cuisine and lively atmosphere. Dinner would be at Alo Restaurant, one of Toronto’s top-rated fine dining spots where the tasting menu is an experience in itself.
Day 5: Sports and Entertainment
We’d kick off the day with a visit to Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, where we’d explore the underwater tunnels and marvel at the diverse marine life. For lunch, we’d head to Harbourfront Centre and take in the art installations and cultural events. If it’s the right season, we’d catch a Blue Jays game at the Rogers Centre or a Toronto Raptors game at the Scotiabank Arena. After the game, we’d wind down with drinks at Bar Raval, a tapas-style bar with an inviting atmosphere.
Day 6: Day Trip to Niagara Falls
We’d spend a day outside the city with a trip to Niagara Falls, just over an hour’s drive from Toronto. We’d start with a Hornblower Cruise to get up close to the falls, followed by lunch at The Keg Steakhouse, offering spectacular views of the falls. In the afternoon, we’d visit Niagara-on-the-Lake, a charming town nearby, and explore the local wineries with a tasting session. We’d return to Toronto for dinner at Canoe, where we’d enjoy modern Canadian cuisine with a stunning view of the city.
Day 7: Art and Farewell
On our last day, we’d visit the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) to explore its impressive collection of Canadian and international art. Afterward, we’d have lunch at Terroni, an Italian restaurant known for its authentic dishes. The afternoon would be spent relaxing, either at a spa like the Four Seasons Spa in Yorkville or with a scenic walk along the Toronto Waterfront. We’d end the trip with a farewell dinner at Buca Yorkville, followed by a nightcap at The Roof Lounge at the Park Hyatt, where we’d reflect on the week’s adventures and the unforgettable memories made in Toronto.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to give a big shoutout to a few key influences that have shaped my journey. First and foremost, my wife, Neethi—her unwavering support, love, and belief in me have been the backbone of everything I do. She’s been there through the highs and lows, always encouraging me to keep pushing forward, and I couldn’t ask for a better partner in life. I also want to recognize my children, Jubilee, Azuri, Eden, and Kal-El, who inspire me every day to be the best version of myself.
Next, I have to recognize my Jesus. My faith has been a constant source of strength and guidance, helping me stay grounded and focused on what truly matters. The wisdom and teachings in the Bible have played a significant role in how I navigate both my personal and professional life.
In terms of books that have made a big impact, Winning by Tim Grover and Think and Grow Rich have been game-changers. Winning taught me the relentless mindset needed to achieve greatness, while Think and Grow Rich opened my eyes to the power of mindset and belief in creating success. These books have been instrumental in shaping my approach to both business and life.
