Meet Lauren Paige | Business & Life Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lauren Paige and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lauren, what role has risk played in your life or career?
For me, risk has always been less about chasing something flashy and more about honoring what feels true, even when the path ahead is uncertain. I’ve taken a lot of leaps in both my personal life and my career, not because I was fearless, but because staying stuck felt more costly than trying something new.
At 18, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. In my twenties, I moved across the country seven different times, each move a reflection of some deeper inner shift. I left an unhealthy marriage and found love again. I became a mother to twins, which continues to be the most beautiful, humbling risk of all.
In business, I opened my first wellness studio at 25. I sold it for six figures at 29 — a milestone that felt both surreal and deeply validating. A few years later, I found myself starting over financially after my divorce. It was a humbling chapter, one that asked me to rebuild not just my bank account, but my belief in what was possible. Then, with twin newborns in tow, I launched a brand new coaching practice, grounded in everything I had lived, learned, and led myself through.
Risk has taught me to trust myself, not because I always have the answers, but because I’ve learned how to find them, even in the dark. Every big decision, every pivot, has brought me closer to the kind of life and work that feels truly aligned.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m the founder of Lauren Paige Transformational Business & Life Coaching, where I support purpose-driven women entrepreneurs in building businesses that don’t just “perform,” they feel good. My work lives at the intersection of strategy and self-trust, where spiritual wisdom meets tangible action.
What sets my work apart is that I don’t believe success has to come at the cost of your well-being. I coach women who have big visions and even bigger hearts, the ones who are tired of hustling their way to burnout, and are ready for a different kind of growth. One that honors their creativity, protects their energy, and supports their whole life, not just their business metrics.
I offer 1:1 coaching, group programs, and courses that help women clarify their offers, attract aligned clients, and expand their income — all while staying rooted in who they really are.
How I got here? It’s been anything but linear.
I’ve reinvented myself more times than I can count, from actress to wellness entrepreneur to transformational business coach. I’ve started over in new cities, left relationships that no longer fit, and rebuilt financially after divorce — all while navigating motherhood, healing, and growth.
The hardest part wasn’t starting. It was continuing when it was messy, when it was uncertain, when it felt like nothing was working. But those were also the moments that taught me the most. About resilience. About alignment. About what it really means to trust your own voice.
What I want people to know?
I didn’t build this by being the loudest in the room. I built it by listening deeply to my clients, to my intuition, and to the life that was trying to emerge through me.
This business is more than a brand — it’s a body of work. A living, breathing extension of everything I’ve survived, everything I’ve studied, and everything I stand for.
And it’s just the beginning.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If one of my best friends came to visit, we’d kick things off with tacos at City Tacos in Ocean Beach, hands down the best spot for families, with something for everyone and zero stress. Then we’d head straight to Sunset Cliffs for a golden hour show. Blankets, a little wine, and that kind of sky that makes you feel small in the best way.
There’d definitely be a full day at the San Diego Zoo and a meandering walk through Balboa Park, the architecture, the gardens, the feeling of being both in the city and totally transported.
We’d spend a lazy Saturday morning at the Little Italy Farmers Market, sampling local treats and soaking up the buzz. And for a cozy reset, we’d head to Bivouac Adventure Lodge for the best matcha and an easygoing vibe that invites real conversation.
Dinner one night would be at Cori in North Park, a total gem. The food is fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor, and the atmosphere is intimate but lively, the kind of place where one glass of wine easily turns into two.
We’d hike Torrey Pines for sweeping ocean views and that grounded, spacious feeling only nature can give you. Then head to La Jolla Cove to visit the sea lions and linger by the water.
There’d be plenty of beach time and long walks at Mission Bay, where the pace slows down and the kids can run free.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Oh, this could be an entire book. I truly believe we don’t get anywhere meaningful alone, and my story is stitched together with the wisdom, generosity, and belief of so many others.
There have been mentors who gave me my first shot. Coaches who saw something in me before I could. Friends who held space during the messiest pivots. Clients who trusted me with their hearts and dreams, and in doing so, helped me trust myself.
I think of the women I’ve met in mastermind circles, healing spaces, and entrepreneurial programs, each one a mirror, a teacher, a reminder that we’re all just walking each other home.
And of course, my family. My beloved Jake. My little twinnies. My closest friends. They are the quiet (and sometimes not-so-quiet) cheerleaders in the background who remind me of what really matters.
So this shoutout is for all of them. For the lineage of support — seen and unseen — that’s helped me become the woman and coach I am today.
