Hi Kemble, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The thought behind starting a business is daunting and refreshing at the same time. The first thing that comes to mind is to find a passion that would resonate with you. We found that we were passionate about holistic health and providing alternative care to our fellow human beings. At a very young age, I have grown up with alternative medicine to assist with any sort of health ailments. As I got to know more about alternative medicine, the more it made sense to share my knowledge and passion. It is rewarding to see the difference in people’s health and wellbeing after getting one or more of our IV treatment. We may not know what personal or professional struggles each person that walks through our door, but we know that we can positively impact their health and wellbeing at that specific moment when we provide our IV treatment. Our IV treatment contains mainly vitamins, nutrients, amino acids, and electrolytes.

Another thing that comes to mind was to build a strong business foundation. Although it takes calculated risk to start a business, it takes a team to run a business. Without the team, there is no business. So even before starting a business, it was essential and important for us to build a good team before we started our business. The team is what makes and breaks a business. Fortunately, we have some determined and passionate team members.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We pride ourselves in providing the utmost client service by treating everyone that comes in as if they are a family member or a close friend. We keep our clinic clean and tidy to provide the client with the experience that they are coming into a safe and welcoming environment. We have potted plants, waterfalls, and paintings around our clinic to provide soothing visuals. Our trained team members provide concierges snack and water to every client.

Based on our goals and mission, we branded ourselves as Eden IV. We pictured ourselves as providing an environment, like the Garden of Eden, where people can come and enjoy a relaxing treatment and decompress from their busy schedule. Our brand would be to make a difference in every person’s health and wellbeing one treatment at a time.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to give a shoutout to my parents for instilling in me the drive and passion to move forward with my dreams. My parents have sacrificed a lot for me and my siblings to get the education and support we have now. Sometimes, we take for granted what our parents have done for us, but I know that it took determination and persistence to give me and my siblings the nurturing environment we grew up in. I would be forever grateful for my parents.

I would like to give a shoutout to all my schoolteachers for giving me the tools to learn and adapt to a constantly changing personal and professional environment. Being a student of life and staying modest was ingrained in me from my various schoolteachers at a very early age.
