Meet Kailey Breazeale | Founder/CEO of Central Coast Conscious Community

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kailey Breazeale and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kailey, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The inspiration behind my decision to start a business was rooted in my strong desire to make a positive impact and contribute to my community. I have always been deeply passionate about serving others, and I actively dedicate my time, energy, and expertise to various community-based service projects. This innate entrepreneurial spirit within me has continually fueled my drive to create something meaningful.
However, embarking on this entrepreneurial journey required me to undergo a transformative process of self-healing and self-love. It was crucial for me to cultivate a sense of confidence and self-assurance before taking the leap into starting my own business. I am grateful for the guidance and support from individuals like Kristy Durst, Erin Meisse, Krista Rooney, Tawnia Burns, Charlotte Eléa Dovechild, Seanna Tracy, Cassandra McCall, Michaela Goorahoo, Lindsey Graf, Mahsa Zaribaf, Sierra Mace, and Summer Birchell, who played pivotal roles in assisting me on this journey. I am additionally grateful to the online group and support system started by Lacey Bahns called The Free Life Movement and Dyna El-Temawi for exposing and welcoming me into that online community.
By introspectively exploring these aspects of myself, I gained valuable insights and discovered a path that aligned with my skills, passions, and the desire to serve others. It was the convergence of these elements that solidified my conviction to embark on the entrepreneurial journey and establish my own business. Along this healing journey I found myself naturally advocating for holistic, mindful & spiritual health and wellness professionals. Which in return birthed the Central Coast Conscious Community.
I am immensely grateful to my parents who have always recognized and nurtured my wildflower spirit. Their kind-hearted approach to raising me has shaped my character and allowed me to embrace the unique path I am on today.
In summary, my decision to start a business was driven by a deep-rooted commitment to community service, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a transformative process of self-discovery, self-assurance, and inner healing. Most importantly, I drew bravery from the belief that my husband, Michael Breazeale, and daughter, Callie Williams, had in me and my ambitious dreams. Additionally, I am grateful to my mother-in-law, Laura Hoyt, for giving me the book “Think Like a Monk” and sparking the inspiration that guided me on this path.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Central Coast Conscious Community’s mission is to unify, promote, and advocate for holistic, mindful and spiritual health and wellness professionals on the Central Coast of California, starting in San Luis Obispo County.
What sets me apart is my deep-rooted commitment to community service and my passion for making a positive impact. I believe in going beyond the traditional boundaries of business and incorporating a strong sense of social responsibility into everything I do. This mindset allows me to approach my work with a genuine desire to serve and uplift others.
I am most proud of the meaningful connections I have established with my members and the positive impacts I have witnessed in their lives through my services. Seeing their success and happiness is incredibly fulfilling and keeps me motivated to continue doing what I love.
Getting to where I am today professionally was not an easy journey. I faced numerous challenges along the way, but I believe that challenges are opportunities for growth. I overcame these obstacles through resilience, perseverance, and a willingness to learn from both successes and failures. I sought support from mentors, continued to educate myself in my field, and remained adaptable in an ever-changing business landscape.
The lessons I have learned along the way are invaluable. I have learned the importance of authenticity, staying true to my values, and constantly evolving to meet the needs of my clients. I have also learned the significance of building a strong network and surrounding myself with like-minded individuals who inspire and uplift me.
As for my brand and story, I want the world to know that I am dedicated to making a positive impact and creating a ripple effect of change. My brand represents integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve others. I strive to create meaningful connections, provide exceptional value, and empower individuals to achieve their goals.
Ultimately, I aim to inspire others to embrace their passions, pursue their dreams, and make a difference in their communities. I believe that by combining business success with social impact, we can create a more compassionate and thriving world.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
As a proud Baywood-Los Osos local, I find immense joy in exploring the natural wonders of my hometown. While I do enjoy venturing out to Salmon Creek Falls, Moonstone Beach, and Cayucos Pier, my true passion lies within the bounds of this beautiful coastal community.
My favorite spots are nestled within Montana De Oro, where I find solace and inspiration. Scaling the heights of Valencia Peak offers breathtaking panoramic views that leave me in awe of the surrounding landscapes. The Bluffs Trail, with its dramatic coastal vistas, never fails to captivate my senses.
However, my heart finds its home in the tranquil back bay near the Cuesta Inlet. This hidden gem holds a special place in my heart, as its serene beauty and serene surroundings bring me a sense of peace and serenity.
Being a local, I have come to appreciate the treasures and hidden gems within Baywood-Los Osos. Whether it’s exploring the wonders of Montana De Oro or basking in the natural beauty of the back bay, there’s a sense of belonging and connection that I cherish.
While the allure of other nearby destinations beckons, my love for my hometown keeps me rooted here. The sense of community, the familiarity of the surroundings, and the abundance of natural wonders make Baywood-Los Osos a truly special place to call home.
