Hi Judy, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk has never really scared me since i was born an optimist. Since I was a little girl, my thought process was always focused on everything that could go right rather then everything that could go wrong which is what landed me to be where I am today. During the start of the Pandemic, i was working two jobs and trying to start up two businesses. One day, i woke up and decided to quit both my jobs so i had no other choice but TO MAKE IT. And I did. And i continue to do so everyday. Since October of 2020, I have been self employed and plan to stay self employed for the rest of my life.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
At just the age of 25, I have been wearing many hats and pursuing different career goals. In 2020, I started up a Womens clothing boutique and the following year, a crystal shop. Both had done amazing in their first year of business. I closed my boutique 2 years after opening to focus on my crystal shop which lead me to my first 5 figure month and 6 figure year. I was blessed to put away enough money so that i could pursue something that i was also passionate about which was Real Estate. Jumping head first, I closed my Crystal Shop and moved to Real Estate full time. But who would i be if i wasnt producing multiple sources of income…Im also a Twitch Affiliated Streamer taking home additional income while playin video games when not answering Real Estate related calls.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I unfortunately have only lived in San Diego for 3 years and dont actually go out. Im usually always working or spending time with my dogs. Ive never fully navigated life around San Diego so i am not a good fit for this question.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My backbone is and always will be my mom and partner. They have NEVER shut down an idea of mine, a business i wanted to pursue or a direction i wanted to take. They truly believe i can be whoever and do whatever i want and because i can pursue so many different directions and look back to see my foundation never changes, i too believe i can BE WHOEVER AND DO WHATEVER I WANT. Life IS HARDWORK but with the right people, It can also be THAT EASY.
