Hi Juan, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
The habits that helped me succeed are self-motivation and discipline. This becomes easier when you do what you love and are able to take decisions that lead to improvement. From my point of view, there is no other way to do it.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are an Organic coffee company based in Encinitas, CA. Our goal is to provide the best coffee quality while supporting local surfers, mixing our two biggest passions. We get seven different flavors of the best qualiy of organic beans that we can find and roast them to perfection in Oceanside, CA.

Our coffee is non-acidic with a smooth unique after taste that makes it very easy to drink and enjoy.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to some of the most popular beaches in San Diego like Swamis, Windansea and Blacks beach. Carlsbad, Leucadia, and Hillcrest Farmers Market.
