We had the good fortune of connecting with John Anagnos and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi John, what role has risk played in your life or career?
No guts, no glory. If you think about it, There is a little bit of risk in just about everything. But you need to take the risk if you want to achieve the outcome that you want. I always think of risk as a missed opportunity. If I do nothing, I’ll never know what may have been or what could be. There is rejection in everything. I always say to myself, the worst that anyone can tell you is no.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We always put our clients needs and wants ahead of our own. We always do the right thing for the client. We provided outstanding service to all of our clients. Even if it means doing things that are outside of our job description, like moving furniture when the client couldn’t afford to hire someone to do it. Getting our business to where we are today meant; working almost every day, picking up referrals, creating relationships with our clients. Giving prospects our preferred vendor lists that would help them with escrow and title. We did not give up when hard times hit. Back in 2017 and 2018, our business was not as established as it is now, so we just stayed on track. I think the most important thing to do is stay positive. Keep your head above water and stay determined.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to Cinco. I would take them to the Bungalow for the social life.
