We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaime Haas and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaime, how do you think about risk?
Taking risks my be another way of saying being true to yourself and honoring what you believe in. From that perspective I believe taking risks to honor your truth are crucial. I have taken many risks and continue to do so. It is a big part or who I am and what my business is. My business is built on a risk I took to go another direction and seek out and find the solution to the fact that after all the work I had done, I still did not have the life I wanted in any area and I knew there was something deeper and the solution had not been created yet. I took a risk to trust my intuition and divine guidance and go after finding the solution because I knew there had to be one.
After 2 1/2 years of intense work, I discovered and experienced the solution. Coming from a place of terminally being single at age 40, being stuck in a cycle of unhealthy abusive relationships in every area of my life, unfulfilled, broke and so unhappy with my life. I became fulfilled inside, loving, positive, happy, I found my joy for living again, loving myself and a real connection to the divine/God, I brought in my soul mate and got married for the first time at 44 years old, I got pregnant by surprise at 45 when I was told I couldn’t and have a healthy boy, bought a home here in La when I was told we would never get what we want, and at 46 started this business because everyone around me wanted to know what I did. I created a workbook, I have a method and an exact process and from the day after I created the workbook, clients started coming. It’s been 7 years by word of mouth alone.
The risk of starting my own business of coaching when I had no idea how. The risk of putting myself out there to be judged and criticized. The risk that maybe this method worked for me but maybe it won’t work for others. The risk of not having a coaching certificate but having an entire life experience of pain, struggle and success – my life as the certificate. The risk of not knowing how I could support myself and make this a consistent business. The risk of having to work as I had a young toddler to take care of and how I could balance and possible do both. Lots of risks.
Those were the risks that I started with and one by one I overcame them by taking steps to move forward, get the right guidance, be of service and share my gifts to help others and find solutions.
As time has gone on there are new risks and challenges. Every time I overcome a challenge I gain so much knowledge and experience which allows me to help others more. It makes me stronger and better. A big risk also was that I am not the typical coach, I don’t call myself a coach and I did not like the way the system of marketing and sales was set up for coaches and I took a risk by trusting my intuition to not follow any rules that they made and to not do what they do because it felt inauthentic, salesy and not safe. and that is exactly what I did. By risking what others described as the only way to make it in this business and following my truth and doing to others what I would want done to me,, I have been successful for 7 years!
I am presently in a risk taking situation to be completely honest about what I do and who I am and it is a bit scary because of the possible judgement but I keep facing my fears and trusting GOD and my truth and I am willing to put myself out there even when I really do not want to in order to be a source of help.
My truth is that I am a channel and an intuitive. My method was divinely guided trough me. I have always had these gifts and they have gotten stronger since my method allows for them to really flow and help others. I have a unique ability to see the truth about people, I can see into someone’s soul and thought processes. I can see what is in the way of their higher path and reaching their dreams. I can see the way through and I know what needs to be done. This is a gift however it can also be seen as a curse. Which it was most of my childhood. It caused a lot of problems for me and so I shut it down a big part of my life.
It is now what helps my clients in the greatest way and is what is helping them to make the biggest changes and growth to get the life they want by healing their childhood pain and finding the core programming of negative thoughts and behaviors they can and have completely changed their lives permanently.
I have not wanted to share this with the world for many reasons. But right now the world is in dire need of help and healing and I must tell the truth and honor who I am and be what I am meant to be at the risk of everything.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

The truth is, it has been hard to explain exactly what I do because it is so vast what happens with my work. I have hired many people to try to explain and I think we are finally at a place where it is clear to understand what I do and what differentiates me.
I have a practical approach which is my method and workbook and my channeling and intuitive guidance to help people find the negative core programs of thinking and behaviors based on childhood pain/trauma/wounding so that they can change their thinking, change their behaviors and heal so they can completely change their lives. Going from a place of living in patterns that are sabotaging and harmful and ultimately keeping you stuck and unable to bring in/get what you want to a place of acceptance, self love, connection, fulfillment and being the magnet for all things you desire in a place of alignment with them. I take clients back to mom and dad and any other qualifying person/experience that has caused them pain, trauma, wounding and/or negative belief systems about themselves and the world in order to go layer by layer in undoing the programming of thinking and behaviors to become the highest best version of yourself free from limitations. We are uncovering the truth so we can set you free. With a foundation of self love and connection. To heal the past and change the way you relate to it, so that you can manifest in your dreams. To become the person you truly are free of others ideas and limits, even your own. Everything we do is written, it is important to see the facts. There is homework because you are actively into change of reprogramming. There are foundation actions, individually crafted affirmations which need to said everyday, new behavior actions and each session going deeper and clearing and healing more. What happens is my clients change on a visceral level inside in every area of their life and they change the relationship they have with themselves which changes every relationship and area of their life to one that is more authentic, loving and fulfilling. There is a permanent healing and change that occurs. It is truly amazing and magical and so rewarding for me to be able to help others achieve this. I am most proud of the fact that this program/method/business was created from my own struggle to find a solution and the success of doing the process on myself and changing my entire life and bringing in all my dreams. My greatest pain and struggle has brought me to my greatest success and gift to share this with the world.
This was not easy, none of it. I have been learning the entire way. How to run this kind of business the technical aspects, the business aspects as well as learning how to deal with clients and how to better what I do. I am forever willing to grow and see how I can improve both personally and professionally. It is an unfolding and as you become more successful there are more things to do and then there is more learning.. For me it is trial and error and being willing to listen to the universe my intuition and the people and see what is the next way to go or thing to do. I am at a new place in my business of evolving.
I have learned so many lessons. A big one is to remember that I am working for God and my job is to be of service and share my gifts. I choose authenticity, vulnerability and the truth over being
liked. (which has been challenging and is one of the biggest challenges of most of my clients) I have learned that when you do not know something, find someone who has done it already and just ask them how they did it. It is ok not to know but be open to learning. What some may feel is failure may just be God pushing you in another direction, closing a door to open another. I believe there is always a solution. Keep getting clear on your vision and what you want, the clearer you are the more likely you will bring that in. And most important is never give up on yourself, love yourself the most and just keep taking one step at a time to move forward.
What I want people to know about me and my story is that I have come from a lot of pain and trauma as well as many people against me. A lot of unhealthy and negative programming and experiences for most of my life. As well as having a unique ability to see through people and tap into their soul. and other things that made me feel separate, different and alone. I now see that all of the pain and struggle was my soul evolution to get me to where I am now and to be able to have had the fortitude and determination to find the solutions and the healing. I am the example of all that I teach. If I can do it,then others can too!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I actually love the Pier, I go with my son we love the arcade and the rides and we love Pier burger. An entrancing experience is the Getty museum riding the trolley to get to the top and all the amazing art and views. Doing one of the many hikes on any of the trails is quite and wonderful experience. Riding the PCH to Malibu is magical and visiting Malibu Country Mart for lunch or dinner. Going to unplug meditation for any class is the best! We also love Knotts Berry Farm and the waterpark. Just sitting at the beach taking in the ocean with the view of the pier.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Louise Hay has been my greatest mentor. When I read her book You Can Heal Your Life, It changed my life. It opened me up to a new way of seeing things and affirmations, which are the crux of my method. My affirmations are very different then anything I have ever experienced but Louise was my first experience at seeing how powerful they are. She also emphasized how important self love is and that is also the main driving force behind my method. I have just discovered a new and practical way to get there. I also want to shout out to twelve step programs. Without them I would not be alive. It is what truly started my journey of healing, self discovery and spirituality.
