We had the good fortune of connecting with Guillermo Serrano and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Guillermo, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted total freedom, that’s why I decided to resigned my job and start my own business. For me, being able to do whatever I want, whenever I want, its priceless.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a global consultant of Bob Proctor (and his company Proctor Gallagher Institute) who was an Icon and Guru in the industry of Personal Development, Law of Attraction, Human Potential, Subconscious Mind, etc. As global Consultants, we give a 6-month Elite coaching on the subconscious mind, SELF-IMAGE, Goals, habitual behavior, habits, ATTITUDE (Thoughts, Emotions and Actions), universal laws, creative process and everything that is MENTAL RE-PROGRAMMING to live an EXTRAORDINARY life!

98% of our Results, Perception and behavior are SUBCONSCIOUS. Changing the Mentality from the root, in depth, all your Reality CHANGES.

I was born in Mexico, I became an Electrical Engineer and I worked in corporate america for 10 years, but before that I work for 5 years in the MAQUILADORA indutry in Juarez and Tecate Mexico.

Before I joined PGI as a Global Consultant, i was struggling with my results, i was living in Tijuana, Mexico and I wanted to bring my family to the U.S. and settle here, we now live in Otay Ranch, Chulavista, CA…however, I did not want to get a job, I’m an electrical engineer and I used to work as an engineer many years back in the U.S. I wanted to live in a beatiful and big house and a nice area and being totally FREE, as SELF-EMPLOYED, being my own boss. I decided to invest in becoming a PGI Global consultant for Bob Proctor because I knew he was the only one who had dedicated 60 years of his life to change millions of lives so I knew he would be able to help me. I got a Loan and invested in it, and started to study about 6-8 hrs a day for several months to become an ELITE COACH and be able to sell the amazing Elite Coaching programs PGI has. 4 months later, I started my first group of 15 students and that changed my whole life, nowadays I have several groups of students of an amazing Elite Coaching program called “THINKING INTO RESULTS” and I also have a Sales Team of 20 people.
I have a beautiful family, my amazing wife VIOLETA, my 8 year-old Son LEONARDO and almost 3 year-old daughter ANABELLA.

Our Journey has not been easy AT ALL to get where we are, but the person we have become make it totally WORTH IT!

I have overcome SO MANY challenges by defining very clearly my PURPOSE in life and making sure I have a BURNING DESIRE for the life we want and deserve. I’m a very coachable person and very disciplined as well as extremely COMMITTED!
The biggest lesson I have learned is that WE DON’T KNOW WHAT WE DON’T KNOW and that you MUST get a MENTOR with the RESULTS you want and the experience so he can transfer all his knowledge and experience to you so you can get to where you want…nobody like BOB PROCTOR!

I want everybody in the world to know that YOU DON’T NEED TO SETTLE for what you THINK you can get or the life “that was given to you”, there is a MUCH BETTER WAY of living but you have to RE-PROGRAM you SUBCONSCIOUS MIND first. Otherwise, it will be almost impossible live in prosperity and a BLESSED LIFE!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Pacific beach in a great place, I ‘d take him to Bare back burger in PB, spend some time in Downtown San Diego, go hiking at the 3 sisters falls, having a BBQ at home, get some good wine in Temecula or even go to Disney.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Bob Proctor was a legend and he was my mentor, he dedicated 60 years of his life to teach millions how our mind works, the power of the subconscious mind, the universal laws that govern us and how to reprogram our minds replacing our paradings. Bob has transformed my whole life and my family’s life significantly !
