We had the good fortune of connecting with Eric Gonzalez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eric, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Our business is deeply committed to fostering a more transparent and accountable world through the innovative use of blockchain technologies. Beyond the technological advancements, we are dedicated to making a significant social impact. We actively contribute to community well-being by offering more than just financial support. Our initiatives include grants, scholarships, and various financial educational topics- focused on personal finance and credit building. We also prioritize creating meaningful career opportunities that promote personal and professional growth, ensuring that our impact extends beyond our immediate industry and into the broader community.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Tell Us More About Your Business:

Zillennial Technologies Inc. enhances trust, transparency, and sustainable success for enterprises of all sizes through our innovative blockchain technology integrations.

What Sets Us Apart?

I am immensely proud of our team’s expertise and passion, pivotal to our success. We share a common vision that drives us to push the boundaries of what’s considered “impossible.” Our team-centric culture fosters a collaborative environment where innovation thrives and growth is inevitable.

What Are You Most Proud Of?

I’m particularly proud of our team’s resilience in overcoming numerous challenges. It’s also thrilling to be underestimated and underfunded, yet still secure partnerships with industry giants like Moonpay, NVIDIA, and Google.

Business Journey:

The journey began in 2017 when I took a leap of faith, starting solo with a $44 investment at a local Starbucks, selling products on Shopify and eBay. Despite numerous setbacks, this modest beginning has yielded an ROI of over 11,000,000.00%.

Was It Easy?

Absolutely not.

How Did You Overcome the Challenges?

Through teamwork, collaboration, faith, conviction, and most importantly, the willingness to persevere through adversity.

Lessons Learned:

A clear vision and mission are crucial—they guide us during challenging times. Investing in our team is equally important, as personal growth directly influences our business success. Lastly, never underestimate the power of a simple WiFi connection and a laptop—many overestimate the initial capital required to start a business.

What should the world know about your brand?

At Zillennial Technologies Inc., we live by a quote regarding evolution and adaptation “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.” Starting with just $44 and embracing rapid technological changes, our adaptability has enabled us to secure influential partnerships with giants like Moonpay, NVIDIA, and Google, turning challenges into landmark achievements while getting through a pandemic.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Firstly, I must recognize Juan Carlos Aldana, my initial mentor in finance. He guided me through everything from building and repairing credit to budgeting and purchasing my first home. Without his guidance, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Jeremy Haynes also played a pivotal role, teaching me far beyond what any formal education could offer. He honed my sales skills and introduced me to the digital landscape, enhancing my understanding of consumer psychology, macroeconomics, and digital marketing strategies.

My mother deserves immense credit for her unconditional love and support. No matter how busy I get, she has always been there, offering understanding and encouragement.

I also want to thank the leaders I work with daily: Angel, Eddie, Ricardo, Jose, and Alan. They have supported me through every high and low, challenging me to elevate my thinking and continuously grow in all aspects of life.

Lastly, I am grateful to everyone who has ever supported or encouraged my business endeavors, providing kind words and motivation. Your support has been invaluable.
