We had the good fortune of connecting with Diego Garcia and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Diego, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
Man honestly, is never quit. Regardless of lack of time or lack of hardships I feel like you need to use everything negative to bring you back up on game. You’re closer to where you want to be at then where you started once said Nipsey Hussle, which by the way plays a big role in League Supply. Never fold man, there’s going to be more rainy days then shinny days. But that’s where you prove your self, a “street brand” is so hard to put on. I’ve been asked how hard is it. It’s the biggest challenge I’ve encountered. Which is probably why I don’t ever quit there’s no plan b you know what I mean. This is it, League Supply has to work. There’s no other way around it. Ive worked so hard for League Supply and no one can tell me different. But to anyone reading this future, present or later. Don’t quit, remember everyone with 1.M’s or 2.M’s in they bank started out in a garage.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets us apart from everyone else is our in house rose. I feel like when you receive a dozen roses it’s meaningful or half a dozen roses means something. But when you receive the One rose it means more it’s authentic it’s 1 out of 1. And that’s how we display our selfs here at League Supply. We’re One out of One. We’re “The Rose Company”. I don’t consider my self a professional more like a student of the trade because I feel I have ways to go and I like to learn and soak up any game that can help me. And just like everything it isn’t easy because you gotta set your self apart from everyone else and still be wanted. So it forsure took one solid year before we opened up to make sure we were us, if that makes sense. I’ve learned a lot through my path financially, mentally, friendships, business, but the biggest thing I’ve learned is to stay in your lane you feel me, nobody is your lane cause you’re creating your path. There’s no traffic in your lane. One thing I want the world to know is to stay tuned. Everyone had their turn already, it’s our turn now! We’ve seen the bottom, we’re ready for the Top! League Supply Forever.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We’re located in North County San Diego, so we can either travel south to the Gas Lamp Quarter and head to “El Chingon” which is always a good time even during the day as well as the night. Or head north to Old Temecula and hit up “ Crush & Brew” which makes some banging burgers. Or stay locally and head to the O short for Oceanside where on Thursday’s you find the Sunset market that has every single type of food ready to go. Besides grabbing something eat you can head to the Strand and wait for the Lowriders to cruise it. It’s endless possibilities here in North County.
