Meet Devina Serpentine | Tantric Transformation & Biz Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Devina Serpentine and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Devina, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
Habits that I feel helped me succeed are my daily rituals & weekly non negotiables. One of my favorite ways to start my mornings is to reprogram my subconscious mind with EFT tapping exercises, self hypnosis, meditation, breath-work, and journaling practices. Sometimes its as simple as that, light a candle, focus on my intention for the week, get some movement in and allow the day to unfold with little resistance. I create audio tracks for anything from self love & empowerment, relationships & intimacy, to money mindset & prosperity….so even listening to my own audios has been super helpful.
Every night before I fall asleep I try to always find a moment to find gratitude and reflect on how I can do better the next day as well as forgive myself for any shortcomings. Self love & consistency in my daily rituals are beyond helpful & have helped me succeed because of the big difference its made in my overall mindset and in leaving behind limiting beliefs.
Having a healthy diet & exercising throughout the week is also helpful and has kept me strong and positive no matter what resistance has tried to show up.
People forget it takes daily effort, consistency, and grit to succeed. It doesn’t have to be hard, we can make the process easier.
What should our readers know about your business?
I launched my business full-time online at the peak of the lockdowns, March-April 2020, I decided and took action, I didn’t want a lockdown or virus to stop me from continuing to grow my biz, so I said to myself “yup I’m doing this full time”. I was also pregnant with my sweet son-shine at the time. I have been on an entrepreneurial path for over 8 years but have gone full time (really only working part-time) with it for about 4 years now. It’s definitely been a path of learning to trust my gifts & leaning deeply into my power. I have always loved helping others and it became very apparent to me early on in my journey, that guiding women and men on a transformational path is my purpose. The biggest joy for me is seeing the huge transformational shifts in my clients, being able to witness their growth and seeing them evolve, heal, grow, create the biz of their dreams, manifest their dreams, and become the best versions of themselves, truly gives me purpose and reminds me that I am on the right path, doing what I love. I love teaching/coaching with an absolute passion. I want people to know, they have a purpose & they can live a life of abundance, pleasure, joy, and you can heal from the pain & hurt they’ve experienced in life. Some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way are to never give up on your dreams, no matter how many people don’t believe in you or your vision, keep believing in yourself and stay the course. I’d love for the world to know my brand is all about empowering women and men to living a full body f*ck yes lifestyle! My teachings are a reminder that life is magickal no matter how mundane it can get. I’m here to empower people to free themselves from the beliefs that keep you stuck or small and remind you that you’re worth it, you can have it all, a life of prosperity, pleasure, and freedom, deep intimacy and divine blessings. I have experienced a ton of things in my life that have caused me deep sadness and pain, the healing journey is non-linear. but you WILL grow through it, find support and never lose sight of what’s most important to you…from the ashes you will rise.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
OOO I absolutely love this question! If my bestie was visiting and new to town, I would start by heading over to one of my favorite hiking trails in Newport Coast, afterwards grabbing breakfast at Las Brisas in Laguna would be perfect, definitely a great spot for breakfast or brunch with a nice view. For lunch we would definitely go to Honey & Hive Rooftop Bar in Irvine, grab a drink and some appetizers. The drinks at Honey & Hive are a hit, and its definitely got a cute aesthetic. If I’m looking to do something a little more low key, I would recommend we go to San Juan Capistrano for a nice little evening stroll and a coffee at Hidden House Coffee, super cutesy spot, def a nature vibe, and good drinks. For dinner I would have to recommend one of my all time favorite spots, CHAAK Kitchen in Tustin, modern Mexican cuisine, food and ambiance is always on point, and drinks are delish.
I am a big fan of speakeasies and I love intimate settings, so the next two places I am about to share are def hit spots for a local night in town. If you want to have a full on experience with drinks, story-telling and art, perfect for a date night or to go with a friend or two, and enjoy a relaxing evening with a goth-like magickal ambiance, is The Obscure in Los Angeles, one of my favorite speakeasies in LA. You can become a member there and bring up to 3 guests. Another fav speakeasy of mine with a nice low light ambiance is The Blind Rabbit in Anaheim, I adore this spot. The drinks are wonderful, and the ambiance is soothing. The food is also great! Their chicken sandwiches have caviar, super tasty and you’ll definitely be feeling fancy.
Another fav local spot is at the Orange Circle in Orange, a great place to shop or walk around and grab a bite or a drink. There are a great assortment of thrift shops & art shops to scope out, and my favorite organic eatery is Urth Cafe, their chicken panini diablo & an oat iced latte does the job for me.
For a pizza night, were hitting up Centro in Old Town Tustin, a small family owned restaurant, a literal favorite. Wine and pizza, and then an affogatto to end the night. Its a done deal.
There are plenty more spots to visit and explore but these are some of my local favs.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have had many many many mentors along my journey of entrepreneurship, without the fabulous souls that helped me become wiser and reminded me of my power and ability to create and pursue a path of freedom, abundance, and follow my dreams, I would definitely not be here, or be the person I am today. I have always believed in the power of self development, so I started investing in myself right after high school, learning yoga and becoming certified in yoga was a huge part of my healing and transformation journey, and I give thanks and gratitude to all my yoga mentors for helping me along the way. I am an avid reader, so there’s TONS of books I could definitely say have been immensely helpful, but last year when I found Coach Ann Keaney’s podcast, I knew I was going to manifest working with her, so I hired her to help me better my sales skills, and that was an amazing 3 months together. Natalia Benson has been a beautiful heart centered and soulful spiritual biz babe that I have followed on instagram for a long time that’s been a huge inspo to me, I love how she leads others and shows up in business. I also love a more masculine approach to mentorship, so Grant Cardone always helps me tap into my inner beast when I listen to his podcast, he can be very intense but I adore his passion and grit. I always love the parallels between most successful people, and its usually their unique stories which parallel with starting from nothing, and with patience and grit, passion and vision, they built a name for themselves / built their empire, it inspires me so much. I admire it and I hope I am an inspiration to others with my own story.
