Hi Devina, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own business was a decision born from a profound desire to have a deeper impact in the aesthetics industry. As an Aesthetic Nurse, I had the opportunity to work closely with clients and understand their unique needs. However, I realized that to truly manifest my vision of personalized, holistic care, I needed to step out of the confines of structured employment and launch my own medspa. I wanted to create a space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. My thought process revolved around fostering an environment that empowers individuals to embrace their natural beauty with a blend of science-backed treatments and artistic craftsmanship. As a female business owner, I was also motivated by the idea of carving my own path in the industry and inspiring other women to do the same. Starting my own business was a leap of faith, a step into the unknown, but the potential rewards – both personal and professional – were too compelling to ignore.

The most crucial factor behind the success of my brand is the trust and rapport I have built with my clients. As a Medspa Owner and Aesthetic Nurse, I prioritize open communication and personalized service. I ensure that every client is well-informed about the options available to them and the expected outcomes. I spend time understanding their aesthetic goals and concerns, and accordingly, develop a tailored treatment plan that best suits their needs. Furthermore, as a female business owner, I empathize with the unique needs and concerns of my female clientele, which enables me to offer them services that resonate with them. Along with my entire staff who embodies the same quality of care so every patient feels welcome and heard when they walk through our doors. This level of personalized service and care has helped me earn the trust of my clients and establish a strong brand reputation.

My decision to pursue an artistic career as an Aesthetic Nurse and Medspa Owner was driven by my deep desire to blend the scientific and creative aspects inherent in this field. I’ve always been fascinated by the transformative power of aesthetics and the potential it holds to boost individuals’ confidence. As an aesthetic professional, I appreciate the creative process of understanding each client’s unique facial features, and using my expertise to enhance their natural beauty. This goes beyond just applying treatments; it’s a form of art that requires a keen eye for symmetry, balance, and harmony. Moreover, as a female business owner, I found the idea of creating my unique imprint in this industry both exciting and profoundly fulfilling.
