Meet Cristian Sanchez and Alex Hendrix | Content Creators

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cristian Sanchez and Alex Hendrix and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cristian and Alex, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Our thought process on starting our own YouTube channel, All Takes No Whiffs, comes from our passion of sports. The main sports we focus on are baseball and professional boxing. From the beginning, our objective has been to inform others in our own unique ways while also building a community of people that share the same passion or want to learn more about each sport. As former athletes, our perspectives provide first-hand knowledge. We have always wanted to build our own network and that’s where we are heading towards next.![]()
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Alex – I work in the field of Video Production. I mainly work in sports but from time-to-time I will work a non-sporting event. I would say that this field is not the easiest to get into and it took some time for me to get into it. My last semester of college I worked for a company called “Daktronics” and they were over the video production for the university I attended (UGA). After that, I met some great people and connected with them and they helped me get to other places like State Farm Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium. I have learned a lot over the few years I have been in this field from tech stuff, to how to how to be of an extrovert. I have always been a pretty quiet person but having to be in a control room with others for about 8 hours every game has helped me open up more.
If there is one thing I would want to people to know about my brand and story its to just never give up no matter what. People may try and bring you down for something you want to do or are passionate about but don’t let that bother you. Ignore those people, keep your head down and keep grinding. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, then one day all that work will pay out.
Cristian – I am at a point where I am working on putting my best foot forward in this path. With a clear vision of how I want my life to be, to knowing what it will take and improving on what I need to improve on is where my focus is. Right now, I am building myself up financially and physically through hard work, which in turn has helped me with this vision. What sets me apart from others is this desire to make a name for myself that will last. My passion for sports along with Alex’s, along with our knowledge on sports, is going to take the sports world by storm, and there is no doubt in my mind. This path is not easy by any means, especially when it comes to balancing it with the demands of life, but that’s the point. To accomplish our vision, we need to put the necessary work in, which is hard. I want the world to know that making an impact on what has made an impact on you is a very enjoyable path to take.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
This question can be answered for both of us but one of our favorite places around where we live is “The Battery”. The Battery is just outside of the Atlanta Braves stadium, Truist Park, and has bars and restaurants and many other entertainment places like bowling, golf and concerts. This is also one of our favorite areas because of the Braves and being able to see them play with us being such big baseball fans. We also love to golf (Cristian has started to get into it) so any golf course around the area you can find us at. If you wanted to actually go into Atlanta, there are tons of things to do there and places to go. The College Football Hall of Fame is a must go, the Georgia Aquarium is another popular place around town and same with the World of Coke. If there is a sporting event going on at any of the 4 major sports in Atlanta, we both would advise you to go. The fans around Atlanta are very passionate about their teams and with Alex working a lot of these events, he can tell you first hand that they are definitely worth going to.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Alex – I can think of a few people but one person who has supported me the most has been my Mom. When I first told her that I wanted to start this she was all for it and has always been giving suggestions and to try this or that out along the way. Having someone like this, other than myself or Cristian, has really motivated me to want to be the best content creator possible. The love and support gives me the drive to want to build the network and community that Cristian and I talked about in the “business thought process question” and to hopefully entertain others as well.
Cristian – My mother is without a doubt the person who I consider to have the biggest impact on me. Her influence on me inspires me to be great, and her teachings throughout the years are worth more than any material thing she could have gotten me. Her success with her passion in being a hairstylist inspires me to pursue a career in what I am most passionate about. Along with Alex, I feel that we have a good shot at leaving a lasting impact in the sports world, and our mothers have played a huge role in this path.
