Hi Aleyna “Lele”, why did you pursue a creative career?
To tell you the truth, I always wanted to be an artist when I grew up. Now, I’m incredibly grateful to combine my love of wellness writing and health coaching into two creative careers. I’m so blessed to serve others and do what I love every day!
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a wellness writer, I work with small businesses in the health space to grow and market their brands. From Facebook ads to content creation, my mission is simple: To make your life easier one sentence at a time.
As a health coach, I work with young women with hormonal imbalances who are sick of keeping up with the latest fad diets or intense workouts. With my “Wellness With Lele Method,” I help them cultivate self-love and free them from shame through meditation, movement, and mindfulness. I also offer free health consultations to new clients!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Honestly, no trip to San Diego is complete without having a picnic at Balboa Park. Whether you pack your own goodies or visit Evolution Fast Food for vegan eats, there’s no way you can go wrong. Also, listening to live music and grabbing a drink at Quartyard is ideal for the summer. And capping the night off with a vinyasa flow at Awarewolf is *chef’s kiss!*
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d love to give a huge shout-out to my mama because she constantly motivates me to do my best. Without her support, I *literally* wouldn’t be here. I also want to give a huge shout-out to my partner, Trevor Wallace, for keeping me grounded and believing in me when I need it the most!
