Hi Alejandro, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
At first I was afraid and had many doubts, more about whether to leave my stable job and secure but dissatisfied salary and start living my dreams, starting to get up every day to enjoy doing what I wanted to do. But I just needed a step of faith and that led me to open Casa Aguilar Spa, that step helped me live my dreams which I have been living for a year now.

What should our readers know about your business?
When you enter Casa Aguilar Spa, you can notice the difference that it is a family business in a very good way, every detail comes from a gift from a family member and a close friend, you can notice the love that is in its decoration, In terms of your body and facial treatments at the spa, we stick more to the natural style, we have suppliers who come from the Mexican Caribbean, giving a plus to the treatments with the best results and having that experience that you can find without having to travel to Cancun or another Caribbean city. At the beginning it was difficult, there were many doing what I did. I had to find that difference, I made the mistake of comparing myself at the beginning and I remembered my roots and that was my solution, I remembered what Casa Aguilar means: Coming Home, I made a difference when I brought and contacted suppliers from the Caribbean to the city of Tijuana and I brought my roots to my work. The best thing I have learned from this dream is mentioning Socrates: Beware of the emptiness of a busy life, I thought that by staying at work 24/7 I would be fulfilled, but I completely forgot about myself and my family, I learned that in this In life there must be a balance in all things and the more I forced them the less results I had, now I know that if I maintain the necessary time for both my company and my personal life, you will obtain the success that you want so much, that beautiful freedom that I longed for so much. . If I could leave something at this moment with Casa Aguilar and being able to contribute to society and the world, it is the importance of unity. I believed that only at the beginning would I reach my goals faster, but when you involve your friends, family, support group, partner, they help you take that step of faith and thanks to them you go further, you discover other worlds and they teach you your own world that you never stop knowing.

Casa Aguilar Spa is the name of my family, I owe it to them and to my friends who have become my family. The best job of all in my opinion is one that makes you come home, for that reason I named it Casa Aguilar, both the values ​​and the vision and the mission that we share as a team is that each client feels at home. , that they feel loved, respected, without a doubt Casa Aguilar is the creation of the love that I received from my family and close friends, I owe them the success of this dream
