We had the good fortune of connecting with Abdallah Seoud and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Abdallah, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
For me, taking risks is part of how I move forward. I try not to see it as something dangerous, but as a way to open new doors. Every big shift in my life happened because I chose to believe more in the possibilities than in the fear.

I left a life in Brazil, close to my family and friends, where I was working as a DJ, music producer, and event organizer. I also started my photography journey there, shooting concerts and eventually working as a videographer for a helicopter company. But I wanted more. I packed everything and came to the US with the dream of building something bigger.

That decision brought a lot of uncertainty. I had no guarantees. But it also brought growth, connections, and a new level of purpose. Starting my own production company, learning how to lead creative teams, building relationships with global brands. None of that would have happened without choosing to take a risk.

So I see risk as a necessary part of creating the life I want. It’s where I learn the most and grow the fastest. Every time I step into the unknown, I find out what I’m really capable of. It’s not easy, but again, I think it’s necessary.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What drives my journey is the power of storytelling. I have always believed that when you combine emotion with intention, you create something that moves people. I like to see the emotions my work can create. That is what I try to do with every project. Not just make things look beautiful, but make people feel something. Engange, share with friends, feel like part of a community.

I think what sets me apart is the way I blend creative direction with a business mindset. I am not just pressing record. I am thinking about how each piece connects to a bigger purpose, whether it is helping a brand grow or telling a story that inspires action. I bring strategy into the creative process and that makes the work more effective. When a video that I created makes people take action, my goal is achievied.

I am proud of where I am today, but it definitely was not easy. I came from a different country, English is my second language, I had no connections here, rebuilt everything from the ground up, learned the market, built my network from scratch, and stayed consistent even when it felt like no one was watching. And it happened MANY times. There were many moments of doubt, but I never stopped showing up.

One of the biggest lessons I have learned is that consistency is better than intensity. You do not have to do everything at once, but you have to keep going even when it is not glamorous. I believe that is how you build something real.

What I want people to know about my brand is that we care deeply about quality, purpose, and results. We are not in it for the hype. We want to build long-term relationships and deliver content that actually works. Behind every project, there is a lot of heart, hustle, and intention.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This is kind of a trick question because I think San Diego is for everyone. I love going to the beach or the bay, riding my bike in the mornings or at sunset. Grabbing breakfast with friends at a new spot or at our beloved Kono’s in PB always feels right.
If it is a friend’s first time here, I usually take them to some of the classic spots like Balboa Park, La Jolla, Julian, and Sunset Cliffs. There is just so much to do.
If they are more into culture than nature, I take them to a jazz night, some of the museums, or even the library. I like that we can follow the vibe and enjoy San Diego like a local.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I wouldn’t be where I am today without the people who have been with me along the way. My family has always been my foundation, even from far away, and my friends back home have always cheered me on. Here in the US I’ve been blessed with friends who became family and made this journey so much easier.

Camila Badaro was my very first business partner and someone who believed in my vision when it was all just a dream. Higor Duarte is like a brother to me, we’ve been sharing this journey in business side by side since last year and I’m grateful for everything we all have built together.

And of course my wife Mirian. She’s my biggest supporter, the one who keeps me grounded and reminds me why I do what I do.
Everything I’ve achieved has been touched by the love, support and encouragement of these amazing people and I’m truly thankful for each one of them.
