We had the good fortune of connecting with Ricardo Reyes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ricardo, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I always wanted to create something in my life that could make an impact on people and myself. I did not know what could’ve been, but I found a certain passion for clothing and revolutionizing fashion. I have a vison and ambitions that I discovered taking this path and creating my brand which gives me motivation on to keep growing and take name of Rey Roi within the best ones in the world.

What should our readers know about your business?
Rey Roi is the first brand I ever created. I have never felt so proud of all my hard work and from my partners we have done together. This is a project that I want to see grow and see how it could become a very successful brand, but I am happy to be able to share this with the audience so they can be part of this, support the brand in any way and the young talent. This is the dream of three young entrepreneurs that have been working hard and trying to accomplish a special goal that it could be something that not even our expectations can reach, this is just matter of time and keep developing the idea to reach our goals.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Definitely Miami, there’s a lot of things to do there and great food. I always take family and friends to Miami that come visit for the first time, that’s the destination to have a great time.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have a lot of people has supported me and given me a lot of advice, but I would not have done this without the help of my partners Carlos Bernstein and Jonathan Evangelista, which are owners and co-founders of Rey Roi. Our team has a lot of chemistry and each one of us has an important role to accomplish the goals we want to achieve.
