Hi AkayCentric, what is the most important factor behind your success?
For me , I will say not being too comfortable with where I am , consistency is very key to me . I never give up , I might only take a short break and then I am back on the road again .

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I see myself as a very unique artiste , I am never trying to sound like any other artiste ,I love my sound and I have become more comfortable with it over the years , people are beginning to love what they hear . I am super proud of my journey , it was never easy and I am still growing .
One of the biggest challenges in this game is getting someone to believe in you , but you must first believe in yourself, that’s the biggest motivation for anyone trying to succeed in anything.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I started going to clubs more often lol, I will take them to some of my favorite clubs in the bay . For food and drinks , I will love them to try food from Nigeria and I cook that very well ,so they will be eating it my house , no restaurants .

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A huge shoutout to my parents for giving me the opportunity to be able to do what I loved while growing up, my family and to Godfrey Eguakun for giving me a platform when I needed it , he was the 1st person who officially signed me into a real record label .
