Hi Krista, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Success is all about your mental state. Of course you have to be dedicated and willing to put in the hard work, but beyond that – it is being able to hit the “reset” button when things get tough. It is making a deliberate choice to get your head on right and look for solutions to problems and pushing yourself even when things feel impossible. You have to be willing to find the path to success, even if it isn’t as you originally imagined. Roll with the punches and success will follow.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am proud of my determination. The path to success is never easy, but if it were easy, everyone would do it. I overcame challenges by being a solution-seeker, not one to let challenges beat me down. I think being open to opportunities every step along the way of your professional journey is key. You never know where things may take you or who you may meet. It is important to keep an open mind and apply yourself consistently to find success.

Because of this, I have found my place doing what I love with an organization that I am proud to be a part of. I have found a dedicated group of likeminded people who truly enjoy helping others find success. It is a wonderful feeling working alongside such a talented group every day toward a shared goal. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would hit the beach, go hiking, enjoy the sunshine and make sure to take full advantage of all the great food spots. There is so much to enjoy!
