We had the good fortune of connecting with Elizabeth Grace and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elizabeth, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
Work–life balance is something I cultivate every single day; it’s not just a goal, it’s one of my core values. The service I offer requires me to be aligned. If I’m out of balance, it ripples into the quality of my sessions. How could I truly support a mom-to-be in welcoming her baby soul with balance and presence if I’m not embodying that myself?

For me, balance isn’t just about dividing time between work, health, relationships, and home. It goes deeper — it’s about tending to my inner world as much as my outer commitments. True balance means pausing, listening, and nurturing my own inner harmony, not just checking off boxes in different areas of life.

In the past, I avoided emotional pain by overworking, using productivity to fill emptiness. But that impacts the integrity of my service. Over time, I’ve learned that cultivating my own inner balance is essential. When I show up whole, sessions become a pure space where genuine connection, freedom, and empowerment can unfold.

What should our readers know about your business?
I run a psychotherapy and prenatal coaching practice dedicated to Conscious Conception — guiding parents to prepare for pregnancy in a way that heals, empowers, and deeply connects. In this work, parents clear the psychological patterns they don’t want to pass down and step into conception with more freedom, presence, and love.

What sets my practice apart is how early the bonding begins. I facilitate energetic meditations and a process I call “baby whispering,” where I help moms tune into the messages their baby is already sharing. Sometimes this comes through as a sensation in the body showing where healing energy is needed, sometimes as images or words, always as guidance from their inner Source and the baby soul. This early communication strengthens the parent–child bond and supports both baby’s development and the mother’s confidence in her role.

At the heart of it, I want the world to know that every human is born with an abundant capacity for love, peace, and joy — it is our essence. When parents choose to heal their own wounds and open to conscious bonding, they give their baby the gift of carrying that essence forward. Babies are not here to be our carbon copies; they are conscious, wise, and deserve the opportunity to authentically thrive. When we honor that truth, the entire family system flourishes.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I were to show a friend the best time in the area , I’d make it a mix of nature, movement, and soul-nourishing spots.

We’d start with the beach at Carlsbad, mornings walking the sand, jumping in the ocean regardless of the water temperature, and evenings watching the sunset. One day we’d wander the Vista Gardens, another we’d head out on a North County waterfall hike. For stillness, we’d meditate at the Temple of Clarity in Vista. For movement, we’d dance with the 5Rhythms community in San Diego — deep connection.

We would eat at The Plot in Oceanside for creative, plant-based dining, Nectarine Grove in Encinitas for laid-back organic comfort. We’d spend time exploring local cafés and juice bars between adventures.

Also a road trip to Ojai — soaking in the spiritual vortex energy, maybe a sound bath, and that sweet small-town magic. A week woven with nature, community, and a little bit of the mystical.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I owe a great deal to APPPAH — The Association of Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health. Their work opened my eyes to the profound truth that babies are conscious and intelligent from the very beginning. Through APPPAH, I came to understand that the earliest imprints of suffering can form even before birth and conception, and that supporting families at this level gives babies an empowered start in life.

I also want to honor my spiritual teacher, Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi. From Sai Maa I received alchemical wisdom, healing practices, and the reminder to serve from the heart with pure intention and intuition. This guidance has shaped my capacity to connect with incoming souls and babies in utero, and to facilitate Light work that helps make their arrival onto the planet more peaceful and harmonious.

One experience has stayed with me. During my very first meditation with a pregnant mom and her baby in utero, the baby showed me an image of a large carrot. The mother was astonished — that very morning her 4-year-old had asked, “Mom, when the baby is here, can we feed him carrots?” That simple yet profound communication was deeply healing. The mom had been carrying guilt, worried she wasn’t bonded enough with her baby. The vision revealed that the baby had been present and aware all along. In the same meditation, it became clear that the mother still held trauma from her first child’s birth that needed to be healed. Once that was gently addressed, we entered a silence so deep and sacred it felt like pure presence with the baby soul. In that stillness, the bond between mother and child grew immeasurably stronger.

These mentors and teachings have shaped my path and awakened the inner resources to serve families in a way that honors both the parent and the conscious baby.
