Hi Christa, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Yoga and meditation have been instrumental habits in my journey to success, teaching me the power of consistency and mindful living. These practices helped me create intentional daily routines that nurtured both my body and mind, fostering clarity and focus. Through small, meaningful steps, I learned the value of slow, sustainable growth rather than quick fixes, allowing me to build a foundation rooted in balance and resilience. Yoga taught me discipline and presence. While meditation cultivated self-awareness and inner peace together, they became the pillars that supported my ability to grow personally and professionally.

My work is rooted in a deep passion for helping others navigate their internal struggles and uncover their true potential. It’s incredibly fulfilling to guide people toward clarity, balance, and self-love, empowering them to transform not just how they feel on the inside but how they show up in the world. This mission inspired me to create a holistic skincare company that bridges inner and outer beauty. By combining mindful self-care practices with products crafted to nurture the skin naturally, I aim to help others find harmony in their lives. I’m driven daily by the knowledge that I can support others on their paths to healing and self-discovery.

Here’s a 5-day itinerary for Carlsbad and Oceanside, CA, featuring beaches, food, and fun!
Day 1:
