Hi Said, what do you attribute your success to?
Obsess over your customers. and make a product that taste amazing but make it affordable. Give big portions and make it affordable you will have them coming back. Obsess over customers by listening to their feedback. Wether if the feedback is positive or negative we will learn from each review we get and make process improvement.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I went from white colllar job to starting a new restaurant from scratch. I am proud of our rapid expansion driven by product, operational excellence and a great team. In the beginning it was hard to figure out process, product and figuring out what the brand meant to customers.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d take them to Kabob Shack (obviously)! La Jolla, Balboa Park, Bronx pizza, Siamo Napoli for italian, coronado,
