The Coronavirus has given many us an opportunity to pause and think about life, our purpose, and even the right work life balance. What’s your perspective and has it changed over time?

When I started this business, my brother, husband, and I made a pact that running the business would not disrupt our current lifestyle and family dynamics. It’s important for us to carefully balance business and family. To us, this means allowing the business to naturally mature at a pace we are comfortable with.
