We had the good fortune of connecting with Irene Ortiz-Sanchez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Irene, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
I started as a local nail tech in Kentucky and quickly realized that I was doing more than just nails, I was impacting girls’ lives, helping them go through daily challenges, and having someone to talk to. That’s where the love of helping others began.
I transitioned to social media coaching in 2023, where I would help girls build a personal brand and monetize from their Instagram to have time, location, and financial freedom.

Transitioning from my role as a local nail tech to becoming a social media coach has given me a powerful platform to empower women in ways that truly resonate with me. Through my coaching, I not only help women build personal brands and monetize their Instagram accounts, but I also emphasize the importance of manifesting, mentality, fitness, and beauty in their journey toward success. Success to me goes beyond what the eye can see and is created in the mind way before it is manifested in reality, which is one of my main focuses is mental reprogramming.

I aim to cultivate a sense of confidence and independence within them, guiding them to leverage social media for financial freedom while also prioritizing their mental and physical well-being. My mentorship encourages women to adopt a positive mindset, prioritize self-care, and embrace their unique beauty. Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was 18, and it’s been an incredible journey. Now, as an online coach, I have the privilege of teaching and empowering women on their journey to true success. My entrepreneurial background as a nail tech has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with being a woman in business and in general, and I’m passionate about sharing that knowledge with others. Being able to support and guide women as they pursue their goals is incredibly fulfilling, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives.

I am most excited about where life will take me with my coaching business. I know it will change many lives because it is what changed mine. Nothing in life comes easy but I know that what shifts everything is your mind. Once you decide to accomplish a goal, it has no choice but to manifest. People underestimate the power of the mind. The truth is we are all the same, we are all geniuses in our own way but the only thing that sets us apart from others is our mindset. It truly holds the power of everything.

The world should understand that success is not defined by anything you do physically, but by the mind space from which you do everything. Knowing is not enough. I learned that we don’t have a problem of lack of knowledge, we have a lack of implementation. I focus on cultivating a program that is defined by the implementation of how to reprogram your mind, excluding excessive information.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My wonderful boyfriend introduced me to the work of manifestation, mental reprogramming, and quantum leap. He worked closely with Bob Proctor for over 5 years. When I first met him, he was rebuilding his businesses online, and with consistency and dedication, he has manifested an incredible new mindset program that has impacted many lives so far. I’ve seen him do this right in front of me, which has been a very unique and incredible experience. He not only levels me up mentally, yet he pours into my growth every day with his actions and guidance.

I also have a friend named Ana who is a very successful entrepreneur in the E-commerce niche. I worked with her through a mentorship program, where she taught us how to build and grow an e-commerce store from scratch. She was the first close example of a woman in business who has the habits necessary for one to quantum leap.

They both are great examples of successful entrepreneurs that have elevated my mindset and are constantly guiding me through success.
