We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicole Harris and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nicole, what do you attribute your success to?
The most critical factor behind the success of my business is undoubtedly the strength of our team. Our team is comprised of talented individuals who are not only skilled but also dependable, reflecting the ethos and values of our brand. They consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients, going above and beyond expectations. Their dedication and commitment have been instrumental in driving our business forward and fostering long-term relationships with our clientele. Without their contributions, our achievements would not have been possible.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Getting to where I am today in business was far from easy. It took three challenging years to gain traction and build a solid clientele base. Along the way, I encountered numerous obstacles that tested my resolve and determination. However, through perseverance and resilience, I overcame these challenges by focusing on perfecting the back end of the business administratively and refining my hiring and onboarding processes. My journey taught me invaluable lessons about the importance of patience, adaptability, and continuous improvement. I’ve come to realize the significance of assembling the right team, and my hiring approach has evolved significantly since the inception of my business. As for my brand and story, I want the world to know that behind every success lies a journey filled with determination, learning, and growth.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If we had a week-long trip together, I would start by taking you to get coffee at Better Buzz, where we can kick off the day with my favorite drink called the Best Drink Ever.. Then, we’d head to Coronado beach to leisurely walk around and soak in the beautiful coastal views before indulging in a delightful lunch nearby. In the afternoon, we’d venture to Windansea Beach to catch the mesmerizing sunset, perhaps with some refreshing drinks in hand. To cap off the evening, we’d explore the local scene and treat ourselves to delicious Mexican cuisine at one of the vibrant eateries in the area. Throughout the week, we’d also explore other exciting spots and hidden gems, embracing the vibrant culture and diverse experiences that the area has to offer.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
In my journey, there are numerous resources that have played a significant role in shaping my path. I’d like to dedicate a shoutout to the plethora of books, podcasts, and online clips that have been invaluable sources of inspiration and guidance. These resources have provided insights, strategies, and perspectives that have helped me navigate challenges and seize opportunities along the way. Their collective wisdom has been instrumental in my growth and development, and they deserve recognition for their contribution to my journey. One book I’m enjoying now is called The 12 Week Year.
