Hi Ethan, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The success of True Shine San Diego, can be largely attributed to its commitment to providing exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, we recognized that our customers are the lifeblood of our business, and thus, we have made it our utmost priority to ensure their satisfaction. We go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, consistently delivering high-quality services with attention to detail. By consistently providing a personalized and positive experience, we have gained a strong and loyal customer base. Our reputation for outstanding customer service has not only resulted in repeat business but also garnered positive word-of-mouth referrals, further contributing to our success. Customer service has undeniably been the biggest factor to our success.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets True Shine San Diego apart from the rest is our great customer service, and our dedication to make each detail better than the last. It hasn’t been easy , and it’s been hard finding people with the high standards needed for this job. I’ve learned it takes a lot of dedication and the willingness to learn the many different aspects of running a business.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I mean you can’t come to San Diego without going to the beach, so that’d be first. After we can hit one of the many amazing food places. My favorite being all the amazing taco shops in San Diego. Those are really the only things I do besides work, but sea world , and belmont park are also some very fun attractions to visit in San Diego.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
So the person i’d have to dedicate my shoutout to would be my girlfriend. Not only has she supported me throughout my whole journey, but she is also one of the only reasons I started. She pushed me to get started and did what she could to help me get the resources to get started. So without her I may not even be in the position I am.
